“The Song of the Golden Dragon” version || Estas Tonne || Dimitri Artemenko || Paris 2019

This improvisation of "The Song of the Golden Dragon" was captured during the "Integration" tour 2019 soundcheck at the Saint-Eustache Church (église Saint-Eustache) in Paris, France. The footage was recorded during the two sold-out events held there. To date, the full-length sound journey, which typically runs for 2-3 hours without interruption, has never been released.
It can be challenging to extract a distinct wave that may resemble a song from a continuous sound stream, but during soundchecks, it is possible to capture shorter, varied pieces.

I don't know in which genre one would place Estas Tonne's music, but to me it is always as if I listen to a full sumphony orchestra. What he draws out of a guitar is unbelievable. The violinist does very well himself. Imagine having Estas, That Cello Guy and Rusanda Panfili of Moldova all perform together! I would even throw the Hungarian Havazi into such a mix. It should be music that I call The Fourth Dimension because it is not from this world. Music is the spirit of life.
