I cannot express how much I hate it when people say things like âsetting unrealistic standards for female followers.â Grown adults being too easily influenced by people online and being insecure is nobody elseâs problem but their own. She is not âsetting unrealistic standardsâ by being herself. The only people who allows others to set standards for them are weak-minded individuals who are not secure within themselves. If youâre getting worked up about some random woman making a snickers bar from scratch , and feeling bad about yourself because you donât do the same thing , THEN HONEY YOU ARE NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO BE ON THE INTERNET. I actually wanted to start making food from scratch and having all the ingredients on hand all the time so I can do that because times are tough and I want to know how to make food myself for my family! My grandma who died in 98 used to make everything from scratch. I don't see what the problem is. For anybody who is upset about this, let her do her and you do you!

People are shocked how her body returned to normal just a few weeks after pregnancy and the simple answer is she doesnât eat processed foods like a ton of added sugars, artificial dyes, seed oils, and preservatives. Yes she has time to make everything from scratch unfortunately majority of people donât have the time or fresh local grocery items near them. Honestly I praise her cause the foods in supermarkets today are really bad for you so I support her decisions 100%
