John Elkann highlighted FIAT's journey from its founding in 1899, emphasizing its evolution from craftsmanship to industrialization and its impact on global mobility. Carlos Tavares praised FIAT's role within Stellantis, noting its leadership in four major markets: Italy, Brazil, Turkey, and Algeria. He commended the brand for providing clean, safe, and affordable mobility solutions worldwide.
Olivier Francois reflected on FIAT's 125-year legacy of social relevance, adapting to customer needs with a diverse range of vehicles, including the iconic Abarth for everyday fun. He introduced the Grande Panda, the first member of FIAT's new global family, embodying Italian design, a global platform, and local relevance.
The event also featured the 500e Giorgio Armani, a refined, limited-edition electric vehicle created in partnership with the renowned fashion designer. This collaboration emphasized Italian excellence and eco-sustainability. The 500e Giorgio Armani showcases meticulous craftsmanship with unique exterior and interior design elements, embodying both brands' commitment to style and innovation.
The celebrations concluded with a parade of classic and contemporary FIAT vehicles, highlighting the brand's technological and historical heritage.
