A look at the ANENG 618C Smart Multimeter
This small meter has some obvious limitations, it is however potentially a very good item to keep in a toolbox, with some scratch protection from the included pouch.
A good selection of test gear and tools here:

The cool thing about the ANENG is that you didn't have to change settings or wheel. And accuracy seems possibly better with the more precision of the digits on the 618C - thanks for the video.

Nice video. And pretty handy little meter. No current measurement wouldn't be a big deal for me because I almost every time just use some 1% series resistor of reasonable value to measure the voltage across it to calculate current. And quite often a usable resistor is in that circuit already. And by using a series resistor you do not need to worry about blowing the FF fuse of that current meter. 😀

Great review, I’ve been pondering on one of these and now I’m buying. More than good enough for me.Thankyou. I think Aneng have a good range of meters for a moderate price.

Just curious why you didn’t go for the Aneng 619a which seems to do current as well?

@@LockdownElectronics How did that plane get into a quarry?
If the engine is still in it could be worth a few thousand quid?

These stupid "smart meters" have no safety ceramic fuse. Not very smart if you ask me
