Why your locs have build up

Palm rolling is a home based maintenance type of thing.
I encourage everyone with locs to do it regardless of the loc maintenance method.
However, using too many loc products can be detrimental to your loc health.
Ensure you visit your loctician every 4-6 weeks for your appointment, a retwist, or just a wash. That way, someone is watching your hair evolve to avoid those surprises of " oh my hair is thinning! Oh, I have so much lint. " Where were you? How come you didn't notice?
It is because you ignored your professional connection. Your loctician.
