Here’s a tip! To keep brown sugar soft, put a piece of bread in the container with the sugar. Saved my butt tons of times.

4:00 brown sugar. you don't even need a food processor most of the time if you're going to mix the brown sugar just use same parts white sugar with a glug of molasses and use as normal(don't even measure the molasses just eyeball it it's way too sticky to get an accurate measurement)
