- this beautiful artifact was actually found feb. 10 2024, i wanted to delay posting it because i had just started my youtube channel and to post one of the rarest and most sought after point types just days after starting a youtube channel would seem suspicious to me 😂, the sad irony huh? .... keep in mind ive been a hunter for many years and im due something like this, i actually have another broke clovis with an impacted tip i may show it in a video someday too but till then enjoy this beauty!
Mercy!!! That's the real deal right there. Hope you threw that damn bottle in the trash. People ten-thousand yrs. ago left only stone masterpieces as proof of their ever being here. We, on the other hand leave mountains of effing plastic.
75 years old been picking up Indian rocks since I was ten years old only found the base of one certainly enjoyed watching you find that beauty 😊👍✌️

Wow, I've found over a dozen broken Clovises in my life, but only one perfect one, and I remember not believing it when I looked down and saw it in my hand. It seemed unreal. Watching this reminded me of that day. I'm sure you had the same feeling, and glad for you to get to experience it.

@greatbasinman yea my jaw hit the floor 😂 , i was having trouble keeping it in the camera because i was trying to look at it myself, i knew it was an early type thought maybe plainview or dalton... didnt even realize it was clovis till after the video 😂

I found a perfect folsom here in Colorado and I couldnt hardly let go of it for a week those two flutes just kept drawing my fingers in there and well you know the feeling congrats!

@jamesburleigh5995 ohh i was in shock 😂 , i knew it was an older type when i flipped it was thinking dalton or plainview, didnt find out till later after getting other opinions did i accept that it is a true clovis and a nice example... thanx for commenting, keep rockin!
