- Sitting around Wheeling today, and thought I would chat with you about my observation in my garden, what's going on with tonight's debate and 90% of the country being sleep entitlers.

My garden this year was also stunted. Tomatoes did fairly well, but squash, cukes, zucchini didn't fruit much and was all about 1/2 sized.
I use rainwater, but recently I got lazy and used the garden hose to water everything. My Tomatoes went into a brief shock, many leaves dying...eventually recovered.
Now it's 100 plus EVERY day in the 10 day forecast. Tomatoes stop fruiting above 94 degrees.
Grasshoppers are increasing daily.
All my Tomatoes are in large 25 gallon containers.
My city water is high in Chloramine, I can smell it from the faucet.
I agree SOMETHING is going on with our environment....our evil guv is to blame, I'm convinced.
Along with the rain, a much welcome shot of cool crisp, Canadian air for the Northeast 6/27/2024. What a change from last Thursday's excessive heat!
I hope you will find a solution to your garden. I do know plants prefer slighly acidic ph compared to our more alkaline drinking water, so please check your ph difference. Also, call on your nearest garden center to visit your garden. Hopefully, they will, and send their best gardener. You have a great wish for our country. Prayers for how to achieve that.
The 4 years of food stamps I no longer get, helped out. The money I didn’t have to spend on food I used to pay off some court fines and fees. Not to mention what I had to spend to get my drivers license back. I will take every dime our government is willing to give me. It’s like getting back some of the taxes I paid in the past. I have yet to meet anyone that refused a stimulus check.
Our water leaves a orange ring in the toilet , within 3 days, so we got a berky like filter, with a UV light at the specket

Watched what I could stand of the debate. DJT didn’t shine like I hoped he would have. JB muttered all the way through it, but DT didn’t change any Libbies or independent minds

DJT got elected because he wasn't a politician. I guarantee you that he is one now. Out of 330 million people, there's probably 100,000 better candidates than what we are stuck with. Oh, what could have been.
