One of the best videos I have ever seen on Gas helicopters. I wish though you mentioned more about Vario Helicopters. Vario only made I believe gas helis and then added Turbine and Electric.
You can choose almost any scale helicopter and put their gas mechanics or choose Electric, they let you choose your power, and the Mechanics are just for that. There Vario Benzin is extremely popular and also helps people get used to a slightly heavier machine if they want to build a scale machine. I have several Varios and they are super as well as I just bought my first Giant scale electric. One thing about Varios are they last a long time.
Anyway, this is a super video you 2 guys should write a book about gas helicopters it would be a hit!!

I have a TRM tuned engine in my MA Whiplash gasser. It's awesome been providing solid service for over 5 years with zero problems to date.
How is that engine now?

I have kalt baron engine 22cc gasoline same as you said in video earlier version.But problem is that I am unable to find out new starter kit.secondly is hard to pull,checked everything but unable to make it easy pull..please help

I'm wondering about some 110 leaded , or even 100 unleaded ? Those are about $8 to $10 a gallon.
low octane fuel you buy at the pump is perfect, preferably without ethanol. No need for high octane and you definitely don't want lead.
Would "true fuel" work w/o mixing oil? I run my weed wacker on it w/o mixing oil. I was told it's not needed. It also has a long shelf life. I buy it at home depot.
You need to use mixing oil, these engines are custom built for the Heli's forget about the weed wacker cause they are different.
So in less than a month TRM is out of business? Website shows "account suspended".. Helibug has retired... What to do for those who want to get into gassers?
TRM is not out of business they just sell through their site. They also suffered a fire in their workshop. They will though have some engines out in the next month or so.
