I recommend using dremel tool to cut inner race of bearing, it is smaller and provides better control of cutting, so smaller chance of messing something up

Yes you make a very valid point, a dremel size tool would be better.

A bit of heat from a Small Gas Torch will do the same.
Grinding it didn't cut through, it's the heat produced that loosened it.

More or less, at the worst is if the inner ring sticks to the hub, angle grinder a lip and hammer it off with a chisel.
