I would re-record or add to the video the “cons” about the pack, for example the side compression system interferes with the side pockets, the hip belt pockets won’t open unless the compression system is tight. Should be less intrusive shock cords. Yes it’s a great pack, I’m hiking the PCT with it, but less of a sales pitch please.
Love Taunton Leisure. Bought the previous version of the Exos 48 from you guys. The service and delivery were excellent. These videos are very helpful and informative, and looking forward to seeing more in the future.
Thank you so much! We are so glad you are happy with your pack! Really appreciate all the positive feedback!
Really liking the new production level on this one. Looks and sounds awesome.
Hopefully others will appreciate the good info you're putting out there now.
Give the video production guy a raise 😂👍🏼
Thank you so much for your kind words. We want to offer the same level of advice online as in store for people that can't visit us. We think CZcams is a great platform for that! Currently our CZcams is a 1-2 man operation. We hope to get more involved soon! 🙏
Great video mate, can't believe how little subs you have! You just got a new one here :) Keep up with the great content. Cheers!
Thank you so much for your kind words and for the sub! I hope you enjoy all of the up coming content!!
Got this pack and i love it.
Awesome to hear! 🙌
Very nice video and info, thanks! Do you think it is possible to take an Exos 48 on a self-sufficiency trip in the Pyrenees of Europe?
In addition to warm clothing and other items, I need to bring a tent, sleeping bag, inflatable mat and food for two days in case I can't recharge. I am quite a minimalist, I plan to wash clothes as much as possible so as not to carry too much. I would greatly appreciate it if you gave me your opinion.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your email. Funnily enough I have just returned from a 3 day self-sufficient trip with my Exos 48 and it performed really well. It will depend a little on the size of you kit but I think it would a great companion for your trip. A good compromise on weight and features that keep you comfortable for long treks!
@@tauntonleisure Thanks a lot for your advice. I will keep in mind it!
Thank you for the review on this bag. How are the zippers on the hip pockets? I know the one from a few years ago that had the hip pockets but it was very difficult to zip and unzip one handed while wearing the backpack.
No problem. I would say it's easily a accessable I can unzip one handed. Sometimes it takes 2 to zip it back up depending on how full the pocket is
@@tauntonleisure Thanks for the quick reply..
hii .Do you think Exos pro 55 or exos 58?
Im always hyped about new rucksacks but then I remember Im 6'7.... probably not gonna fit well
Non Exos question, would you mind telling us the brand/model of pants shown worn in this video? Thanks!
No problem! I'm wearing the Mountain Equipment Approach Pants 😁
What is it? Medium to large? Or large extra large? Or small medium? Mixed messages bro
Those adjustment plastic parts are certainly not 3D printed. Otherwise, nice review.
Thanks for the info
These parts are injection molded.
Can you fit an OS map in the hip belt pockets?
No an OS map would be way to big for the hip pockets.
Hi, what is your height?
I'm 5'8
