I recently purchased one of these. I've fully locked the lid, but I can wiggle the lid from side to side and when I pull up the lid from the knob the lid lifts slightly. Is this normal?

Do you find that it takes ages to preheat on the pressure cooker function ?
Where does it show you how much time it has until it reaches full pressure ?
Do I need to consider the preheating time when I set cooking time?
