I think you and I collect in a very similar way... I want every card in my collection to be very meaningful to me. Those three cards are fantastic... the Ruth is rarely found with that great contrast and centering. The color on the N162 is stunning. The centering and overall eye appeal on the Teddy Ballgame are fantastic. Keep doing what you are doing and you will always have a collection that you love. It is tough to have that patience, but it always pays off.

I also learned from watching your channel that patience and discipline are the keys to having a great collection. I also learned that it’s okay to trade/sell cards that you like to get ones that you like more. I just wanted to thank you once again for being such an inspiration to a younger collector like myself and for sharing your collection and knowledge with everyone.
I LOVE this approach and am on a similar path. My collection has dropped to just under 100 cards, from well over 40,000+. My goal is to get it down even more, to 10-12 high-end vintage cards TOTAL, over the next 1-2 years. Thanks for sharing!

great video, i'm doing a similar thing where i'm really narrowing down my collection. i do suffer from buying too quick and having to pay for it later as well haha
great place to start and a great age. Continue on your path of adding meaningful items like this and less minutia. If it goes down like kids your age think, you'll be able to amass these types of cards for less over time. The one thing I DO know is that most kids are complete dufas's, don't listen to others who've been there and are generally lazy idiots. You're a unicorn. That's what I do know. My bet is it won't and that you'll earn the collection you deserve. Hope I'm around to witness it. Good luck to you.
