I created a theme scc liquid asset because it wasn't there, but for some reason it doesn't work the way you have it. What should be in this file to make it work?
Noo some themes have base.css if your are using dawn theme and some other themes it has base.css in assets folder folder will be change other wise, other things are same as shown in the video
