I can say yoga. Don’t stretch much. Slowly bring moments in muscle. Very slowly. Hire a yoga instructor ma. I came out from my knee pain with yoga. Later I started gym. Now no pain at all. Only yoga yoga. It give flexibility to the muscle and joints. So blood circulation improves. Surrounding muscles strengthening and you feel relief. If I get any pain I give slowly counter exercises not take pain killers.

I can say yoga. Don’t stretch much. Slowly bring moments in muscle. Very slowly. Hire a yoga instructor ma. I came out from my knee pain with yoga. Later I started gym. Now no pain at all. Only yoga yoga. It give flexibility to the muscle and joints. So blood circulation improves. Surrounding muscles strengthening and you feel relief. If I get any pain I give slowly counter exercises not take pain killers.
