For that day craving comes down. I do the same thing. It is plant based sugar. If we control 4-6 months we will be smart and painless. God bless you all. 💙😊🙏

      Amma I did many recipes. We have more than 400 food videos. Paneer rice, quinoa kichidi, many salads, soups. If you keep on watching them you will get good idea ma. Very quick and easy recipes and inexpensive. You can prepare from your regular kitchen ingredients.

      Amma if diabetic you can reduce or omit beetroot. You can add keera, carrot or keera and bottle gourd with yogurt. Try to take zero fat yogurt. Whole oats snd chia seeds good for elders. Per one person one table spoon oats and one or two tea spoons chia seeds, one cup full yogurt. Seasoning with ginger, cashew will be very tasty and healthy. Eat healthy and do exercise amma. Stay blessed 🙏

      You are wrong andi. Because two categories are there. Like brinjal and bhendi we cannot peel. Peeling vegetables are safe. We are removing top layer. Pesticides if you cook or not also danger. If you cook pesticide vegetable it won’t remove by cooking. Just think about this topic andi.
