When our power goes out i am quick to grab my Milwaukee flood light . It does a great job to light the whole room and while the power is out is gives us time to play board games as a family
Hi Johnathan
If you already have power tool batteries, getting a matching light is by far the best choice. 👌
Those are a great idea! I'm going to look for some of those because I have Dewalt cordless batteries/ Everyone needs a good emergency kit with flashlights that are reliable. Very good show, as always, Steve! Take Care
Thanks Craig , a bit of a reminder 👍
Hi Steve, the gadgets of this wourld keep comming, and some of them are actually good!👍
Hi Marc
It's like we're living in the cartoons of years back The Jetsons 😅🤣

Great light Steve, can’t be without a good reliable light, in or out the house. Cheers
Hi Lloyd
There's so many options out there so matching a light to a power tool battery brand is a great option. 👍
Good Morning Steve, that is a very nice ergonomically emergency light 👍😇👌💪Cheers 🍻🍻
Hi Dave
Yes its worked great for me when the hydro goes out.
That a good option for an enlightened and power source. I should check up the Milwaukee option cuz I don’t have Dewalt batteries any more….good emergency unit to have on hand…..CHEERS
Yes absolutely Gator , just match your battery brand to the light , lots for sale .
That works for me Steve. JimE

How's she goin'? What a great idea eh!! Those batteries last a long time and that light is nice and compact and bright. Plus it has the USB and 12 volt ports. Sweet!! Thanks for sharing. Take 'er easy!!
Hi Mike
I have the feeling we will need more emergency lighting in the future.
I have the Ryobi version of this. No jacket though. I used mine to power some USB Christmas lights I had in my car lol. I also take it with me whenever we go on a road trip anywhere
Hi Bruce
Since we have settled on a tool brand battery the availability of lights to match are great to have at a reasonable price.
Be great when power is out and need a light lets face it who dont have bunch batteries these days. I can see it being better for the jacket, cheers
Hi Jason
The availability is out there at a reasonable price to match your battery brand.
STEVE ROB REVIEWS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers! 👍💪✌ 🇨🇦 🇺🇸😊

Hey Steve. Great light for around the house or camping. Ya it's hard to recommend Amazon with the no longer available issue always there.
Hi Kenny
Absolutely a very long lasting unit that's bright enough for an outage.
Ive got a couple of those clip on lights and a couple of 6 inch fan thats got the usb ports they work awesome for camping, and its crazy how long the battery lasts. We bought a dewalt 20v charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter of car and we never had a issue with running out of power while camping
Hi Tim
Nice to see your well prepared 👍
Very smart idea for an emergency light that will last forever Steve. It’s also better for the jacket but there must be more comfortable options for your jacket? Thanks Buddy! 🍻
Hi Doug
It's nice to see the options out there to match everyone's needs.
Cool
Cheers Terry .
Perhaps a comparison with the M18 platform would have been more realistic and apples to apples comparison.
The same basic unit is available for the M18 also.
Jim I don't have any m18 batteries .
Don't be such a hard case now, Jimmy

hi ,how do I contact u?
My question is there over discharge protection? That way your battery isn't drained too low which is bad for lithium batteries.
Many of these aftermarket adapters don't have protection for the battery.
May be a battery management system in the battery pack. My Milwaukee has it there.
It would be the same as attached to a power tools. All the technology is at the battery.
