Thank you so much. Very helpful!!
Thankyou for this video,I'm completely paralysed from my waist down, use toe spreaders that were prescribed for me to help with my bunions, and hammer toes
Thanks a lot this was very helpful!
Thank you
Please explain why this happens. I started see thing on my right foot and it is the 2nd toe going towards the big toe. I am a senior and find bending down to put anything between my feet difficult. Do you have suggestions? Today, I have a balance between the left and right hemispheres of the mind and I feel this may be the contributing factor. What do you think?
Do toe spacers you mentioned really re-align bunion toes over time. I haven't come across any videos of formerly bunion patients showing a before toe spacer use and after toe spacer us. If you have any such before and after videos, I'd be very interested to see them. Thanks.
They can help prevent further misalignment of the toes. However, some manual manipulation and muscle strengthening will also be necessary.

There’s very good evidence of effectiveness, watch Barefoot Strength’s video on it!:)
hello
what to wear if my last toe and second to last toe are too squeezed toward the third toe please? rest of toes are nice
Try a toe spacer for all toes or something like this: amzn.to/3H8wqCF
any recommendations for people to allergies to latex and silicon
If you're looking for a gentle toe separation to reduce friction and wick away moisture, use loose wool: amzn.to/39Fmh47. You can also build toe spreaders out of leather. Or try foam toe spreaders such as these: amzn.to/3mYj031 or amzn.to/3mYj031
Would you recommend these for Hallux Rigidus?
Toe spreaders won't do much for hallux rigidus. Consider stiff, rocker soled shoes such as Xelero. They will be better at reducing your discomfort in the toe joint.
How bout the bunyon on the outside of the pinky toe, and over lapping index toe over the big toe.
The Pedifix little toe buddy would be for the little toe and tailors bunion deformity, while the toe buddy or similar can be used for the big toe and second toe.
How do you get hammer toe 2nd toe beside of big toe after surgery to lie down
Had bunion surgeon on both feet other foot no problems
@@debbiecarroll9041 has the big toe been straightened? You will want to do some fascia release.
Could my orthopedic arches be causing my 4th toe to rub 5th toe because 4th toe is starting to curve toward little toe?
If they orthotic is thicker than the insole of your shoe it may tighten up your footwear, causing more pressure on the toes. If you haven't removed the insole liner from your shoes, please consider that to increase space for your toes.
Do you have before and after pictures please?
Here's a doctor's testimonial on the product with x-ray images naturalfoothealthandwellness.weebly.com/foot-press/my-progress-with-correct-toes-minimal-shoes?_ga=2.157745471.480096954.1661205060-927672299.1661205060
After an injury my little toe points inwards and upwards. How can i get it to lie flat or re-staighten.
You will want to work on stretching and tissue manipulation
You didnt tell us the brand name of the last one. for all fingers separation, or where we can buy them, in the regular stores the silicone is too soft and the fingers are not apart from each other.

@@FootGeekzTV thanks, and thanks for the video.
@@tumalo710 you're welcome.
Which brand for plantar fasciitis
We don't usually recommend toe spreaders for plantar fasciitis. However, if you have a hallux valgus condition (toe moving outward, away from the midline of the body) that causes foot instability (inward rolling of the foot) you may want to consider something like the Correct Toes to improve foot stability and hence reduce stress on the plantar fascia: shopfootsolutions.ca/correct-toes-1/
Otherwise consider orthotics or arch exercises and massage to relieve pain.
@@FootGeekzTV is there a less expensive brand that I can use just to start with?
@@josephcassano6296 are you thinking toe spreaders or arch support?
@@FootGeekzTV spreaders
If you use hammer toe, which one can you repair?
Are you asking if it will fix your hammer toe condition?
@@FootGeekzTV Duh? YES!
@@hughjanus5336 If you have a flexible hammer toe you can use a hammer to splint to keep it down. However, it will also require physical manipulation to release tension in tissues around the toe that have tightened. If the shoes are too short and narrow you will also require more room. If the arch is collapsing and causing stress on the flexor digitorum Longus tendon you may need arch support or release tension in the associated muscle to relieve tension on the toe. If the hammer toe is rigid you may need surgery or extra depth shoes to relieve pressure.
How about Vibram Five Fingers shoes?
They can help separate toes as well.
thanks@@FootGeekzTV
What about Splay?
Preferably you want to keep the toe in line with the metatarsal bone that sits behind it. We call the metatarsal bone and toe that sits in front of it a ray that extends from the mid tarsals and each ray should be aligned in a straight line.
My right toe is turning in and seems stiff won't bend like the left one what can I try
Are we talking about the big toe or the little toe?
@@FootGeekzTV the big toe
@@carmennavarra945 If you can straighten the toe without pain you may want to try Correct Toes. Within shoes you can use gel toe spreaders. You can use a night splint such as this for night time use: shopfootsolutions.ca/darco-toe-alignment-splint/
@@FootGeekzTV thank you very very much
I have been wearing correct toes for many years. They improve my balance and make wearing Birkenstock sandals easier.
Thanks for the feedback Wendy!
I bought 3 different kinds of toe silicone toe spacers and my toes and I can't even get them on.
Sounds like the size is too small. Some of the spreaders are available in an array of sizes.
you didnt really talk about conditions, i was hoping you would talk about flat feet, you repeat the same for all of them, ill keep searching
Are you looking for toe spreading solutions for flat feet or solutions for flat feet? What's giving you trouble?
It's all fine and well to willy nilly show and tell products, but without presenting real experiences this information is practically useless.
We've tried several gel, silicon and stretch fabric aids which have all bern too tight, quickly causing neuropathy making them entirely unusable. Where can one find a real expert when one is needed? Frustrated and in pain.
Every situation is different and every individual has different preferences, skin sensitivities and health conditions. Diabetics shouldn't be using silicone products that wrap around toes, as it may cut off circulation.
Giving examples of how to use toe spreaders on your hands? 😂
Technically the same :)
