Amazingly crisp film restoration. The camera sure loves her, lingering over her dancing. I sense a metaphor- the bird in the cage.

Well, this was quite a find, thanks once more for your efforts. Another lost little ditty in her career. Obviously, there's a copy around somewhere of the full film as I read it screened in New York at the Museum of Moving Image a few years back. Apparently, another one of her sad, tragic tales of woe and lost love.
The quality of this is very nice although the scene itself is a little goofy. Even her dance doesn't look like too much thought went into the chorography but in its defense, that's probably about the quality one would expect at these seedy carnival shows.

They actually screened the film online so that others were able to stream it for free in August 2023 as a part of a German film festival, but I missed the event by a few days. Otherwise, I would have shared the link as it was only available for a limited time. Yeah, nice picture of Ms. Wong but no film. But hey, we all appreciate your efforts to bring all this to us. It it wasn't for your channel here, I may have never seen a lot of her TV appearances so well organized in one place.

That footage seems to be in good shape so why can't they just put it out to the public?
