Unfortunately, there are less and less areas for wild horses to live because of humans .. they have a hard time. therefore, horses are more dependent on us to survive. domesticated and horses we have bred for thousands of years would never survive without us in this nature.

There's an entire anti wild horses movement in Alberta including government led initiatives to cull herds or even remove them from certain areas -- you know, they're guilty of interfering with ranching or farming....
Also obviously per your decription. You know your too close and invading their space. Do them a favor and yourself. Get another hoppy that dose not involve you invading anyone or any animals space of comfort.
There are a lot of issues with the confirmation of this stallion. This animal needs to be removed from the herd and replaced with a foundation bred AQHA stallion so it will improve the overall herd via breeding. This will help things greatly in the long run by removing the sub standard stallion shown here. Hope this helps!
