Change your passwords to a massive long password and logout every devices and enable all the security features, I have seen that my outlook mails had been forced to log on all with "unsuccessful logon" so... I believe that some website was hacked and your email that was there was used to be forced by a bot.
So this is where those garbage scammers are coming from.
