I remember when I was younger, my brother had completed the entirety of this game. And me, being extremely stupid, I deleted all of the save files! And we struggled for years to complete the game again. Luckily, a few years later, I completed the game again while unlocking World 4 and 7. Also I unlocked all secret exits.

As soon as I saw the title for this video, my thoughts immediately went to 8-2, and the two hours i spent trying to walljump to the top without pressing the switch as mini mario when I was a kid. It's a shame to know exactly where and why a run will die ahead of time, but I was still very entertained, as usual! I hope you enjoy making these challenge videos as much as youtube loves watching them!

god this game is my entire childhood im obsessed with it even still, wish they’d bring the concepts from it back, had a lot of really neat things like multiple different bosses (not just koopa kids) and new mechanics and stuff. such a great game

To enter to the mushroom house you have to press *left* on the map
You don't have to. You can tap the screen to go to another world, play a random level and then tap back on world 1 and you'll be at the mushroom house!

I actually did this challenge by my self, but I had the rule that I wasn't aloud to use the blue shell.
So that means no secret exit
With the mini mushroom it gets lout easier. I came up by going 10 times left :D

6-1 is actually possible without the checkpoint glitch
You just need a black rocket thing(don't know the name)
Than you need to jump on it, do a Wall jump on the right side, when you are on the left side you go back to the right side, to a wall jump again and than you can glitch above (mini mushroom)
