I don’t get why everyone’s saying his voice is too deep in the dub because where I’m from it’s pretty normal to have a deeper voice at that age. May I remind you- he’s a 3rd year in high school- I’m only in my 2nd year and the guys in my class have just as or deeper voices than what Kuroo’s dub is.
As someone who watched the subversion, the English dub version doesn't suit him-

@@Necromaira I’ve heard many teenage boys with that deep of a voice. So him having deep voice isn’t too weird in a realistic stance.
i mean,, daichi's Japanese voice is deep asf too u know... they're both third years in high school, pretty much young adults, it's normal for their voices to get deep like that, even before that age. i have friends and classmates with veery deep voices and it's always really funny and scary at the same time lmao, but it's natural. ofc, his dub VA is obviously an actual adult, so the only difference is that his voice has some maturity that usually develops by the years. regardless tho, the deep voice thing is normal for a guy kuroo's age, and i think it actually fits his appearance and personality a lot more.
I agree- there is also strict laws about children working so they aren't going to get someone that's under 18- Voices tend to change drastically. Especially for young men going through puberty, so of course it is most likely going to be an adult.
