On The Road! Yep Back Again! Season 8 is here as we work our way up from the 10th tier of English football right through to the very top in the Premier League.
Following last weeks trip we find ourselves in the 7th Tier (step 3) of Non League as we attempt to visit Kingstonian, but did we make it?

HOLY FUCKING SHIT. I am corinthians fan from sao paulo, brazil who has made the pilgrimage to the casuals ground a few years ago. We deeply respect the casuals history (it is the 2nd most followed non league on instagram i think). We even flew them in 2014 to brazil to play at the first game in our new arena (for english reference, the stadium where england lost to uruguay 2-1). Corinthians is a religion for any fan of the club. We are considered the best and most loyal fans in brazil BY FAR, a club made by workers, for the people. Really appreciate you highlighting this interesting club to english fans smiv. And most important of all.... VAI CORINTHIANS CARALHO🤍🖤
Sadly Kingstonian haven’t played there for a while. They’ve been exiled to Mitcham because they can’t find a home within Kingston. It’s causing them to be have small attendances and fail in the league. It all stems from when AFC Wimbledon took over their old stadium and essentially threw them out for the Chelsea ladies.

I said pretty much the same thing.
That narrative that we threw them out is getting rather old. We let em play in our stadium that we bought from em for years for nothing, and then we sold it along to Chelsea when we were going to move who didn't let em stay. Not our fault 👍

Watched this man for many many years (7 to be exact). On the road is the best series I’ve watched to get to know football teams that I can’t see (technically* from Ireland just haven’t gone to England) unreal commentary and coverage, simply the best to do it!

Yo I'm the scarf guy!!!!! Im an AFC Wimbledon season ticket holder, and had never been to casuals before. No word of a lie, what smiv said in his last vid about supporting your local non-league and then to see him there. FYI I was jeering the goalie taking a goal kick and no-one backed-it hahaha.

On the road, formerly considered around the grounds which may not have a ring to it but perhaps Is more descriptive as a man from Essex Ventures across the world from Dorking to Barcelona, from Ipswich to Thailand, to rate atmosphere, food and value for money and most importantly, the noise out of the turnstile all for our viewing pleasure!
Sick and tired of hearing about Premier League prima donnas? Well, you come to the right place. 'On The Road' is a roller coaster ride through grass roots football. Occasionally, Smiv will take us on a journey to the dizzy heights of top tier footie; but usually we are speeding down back streets and width-restricted carriageways. Apart from seeing action from the beautiful game, you will also delve into the culinary world of fast food. Sometimes alone but often accompanied by one of his two sidekicks. First there is Charlie who spends his time eating or frequenting the loo, and, secondly the classier Mia. Despite having more panache then the other two, she can be a little on the stubborn side.
This channel, the easiest way to nearly see some goals.

Interestingly the seats in the stand came from the original Tooting & Mitcham ground in Sandy Lane, which is where Corinthian-Casuals ground shared back in the 80's.
