-what if one has a boy one has a girl?
-what if one ends up pregnant with twins.
-what if during pregnancy one baby develops an issue that need surgery right after birth.
- what if they carry full term and one of them has a stillborn.
I don't think anything about this is ok.

What if they get pregnant together but the babies are still born at different times or like a day or so apart???
Not to mention the bodies will change. Both of them will not have the same bodies during and after pregnancy. Also Postpartum Depression will affect them differently.. also what if one produces more milk than the other or not at all.

What if one of them gives birth too early and the other one some days later?

You know, the two mom thing isn't a problem. The problem is their identical obsession. That would be the thing that interferes with their kid having functional or normal relations with their family.

Being identical isn't the issue here either. Its just the fact that they have unrealistic expectations for motherhood and believe that their children will be the same as each other.
People have an obsession with individuality and believe that being like someone else makes them wrong in some way. Being individual means that you're able to be different from other people while also sharing similarities. These two (and many like them) understand that they are individuals and choose to be identical to each other. As they are naturally identical, it is more likely, and easier, for them to develop this way. Not all identical twins choose to be, what is basically, the same person but that doesn't/shouldn't discredit/invalidate those who do choose to.
It isn't a laci of individuality, its a unique relationship dynamic that not everyone gets or wants to have.
Look at it as them being a singular cohesive unit made up of two equal and similar parts. They, together and seperate, are different from most other people and are only identical to each other.
However, regardless of the validity of their identity(s), they shouldn't be parents with their current expectations.

The issues I have with this (as someone who worked in a fertility clinic) are:
âą Their biology can't guarantee that they'll ovulate at the same time to even GET pregnant
âą What if one gets pregnant and the bother doesn't?
âą What if one has a miscarriage?
âą What if they're both pregnant and one goes into early or pre-term labor? You can't predict labor unless they do a scheduled C section.

Itâs sad too that they admitted if one would get pregnant and the other didnât, theyâd terminate the pregnancy. Regardless of peopleâs feelings regarding abortion, in this situation it is pretty terrible to consider. Especially knowing one of them could be pressured by the other to get an abortion they might not actually want. Itâs their choice of course, but itâs such a sad and unhealthy obsession that has taken over every aspect of their lives.

It annoys me that they keep wearing shirts/dresses with cups built in that are WAY too small for their breasts, which just makes it ill-fitting.... get shirts/ dresses without cups, or get tailored outfits that actuality fit your chest size, or SOMETHING, my ladies! It's driving me nuts. I mean, I have outfits that do the same for me but I don't pretend to be even a little bit glamorous like they do... it really doesn't match their vibe.
Dumb thing to be annoyed over, I know, but Ken and Dane and the comments say everything else I would have said. And it would make their clothes fit their bodies so much better if they paid attention to that detail.

They never spent time apart as children. Which is important move on twins or more so they develop independent personalities. They want their kids to have the same unhealthy attachment to them. They will die of heartbreak or end up in the mental ward when the other one dies.
Both getting up for every midnight feeding is nuts. They talk about having an extra set of hands but they would literally be making it harder on themselves.
There is SO MUCH out of their control..
In an ideal world, the children WILL STILL BE DIFFERENT, how will they handle that like, are they going to neglect the needs of one? Will they ever do things without eachother, to take care of the kids properly? Or???

All it takes is then having different cravings and different levels of pain/discomfort or other symptoms to completely destroy their goal. People experience pregnancy differently, I have no clue why they didn't consider that.
