    This was very informative, I’m thinking about becoming a ux designer but I’m hesitant because so many videos on CZcams are saying this industry is over saturated and entry level designers will struggle. I really want to start a new career but I don’t want to struggle with finding a job. Thanks again for this video it was very helpful

      Don’t be discouraged. Keep in mind that great things take time, it’s not really a struggle if you’re learning in the process of transitioning into a new career. Just keep learning and showing up everyday.

    This video is so optimistic, and it’s something we rarely see in ux design content on CZcams these days, I’m a ux designer and I’ve been for 3 years and it’s the best career to chase! It gives freedom and it empowers people. So much potential in this vid keep it up brother! 🎉

    Hey Samuel, I'm already a UX designer and I agree with the points you make here especially around AI, very well articulated. Think about it as a tool instead of a threat. Almost at 1K subscribers as I type this... Keep it up. Thanks

    Hey Samuel! New subscriber here. thank you for this video and for sharing I’m a junior UX designer who is about the finish the google UX course and my portfolio will be ready very soon but I have been having doubts if I’m even good enough and was afraid I’m too late due to AI coming into the picture but this motivated me to keep going and I hope you keep going thank you 👊🏾

      It’s great you already have one leg in with the Google UX course and you’re working on your portfolios. Keep going and make sure you’re practicing everyday, sharpen your visual design skills so your work can be visually appealing. This is what will attract recruiters quick. Once you get your first job, keep learning and keep watching this channel and you’ll be surprised how much progress you’ve made when you look back.

    Thank you, Samuel. Can this be done as a side hustle?

    • @samuelfabayo1370
      @samuelfabayo1370  Před 9 měsíci

      You can learn on the side. But I’ll be honest with you learning till you become a professional that can charge for projects is time consuming and can be hard to balance with a full time job.

    Great video thanks.. I have a Bachelors degree in The green sector and I have a little issue with imposter syndrome but I have a portfolio with case studies just still joh hunting 🙃. Can I share my portfolio?

    • @samuelfabayo1370
      @samuelfabayo1370  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Imposter Syndrome is perfectly normal, it’s how you react to it that matters. Your imposter should motivate you to keep learning but make sure it doesn’t stop you from recognizing opportunities and taking advantage of it.
