I swear this is one channel that deserves more subs and exposition,admittedly biased but imo no matter how...varied,fun and/or ridiculous the challenge they always make it authentic,interesting and great,I've been here for years,was doing a 100% halo mcc speed run before infinite at the same time in my own 'race' against the rocket team believing I could do it with my boys before hand while half the time we were also watching your videos for tactics😂 honourably we gave up our best efforts and the race and became spectators after 2 months on long night of solace laso...9 hours every night after 10 hours of work just to get and hour or two in,cake walk the start to the same bottle neck point which was the pelican room and turning off the weapons,we replicated the same strat,one run I actually made it to the pelican mini gun the no animation invisible elites got to them that run and it was the last
If only we got games like Fallout Extreme and Fallout Online. Traveling to New locations in the US Wasteland would have been really fun exploring, fighting, wandering, etc. Shame though. They were too big back then and probably would have flopped if they were released.
There is still a Fallout New Vegas 2, which would have been a direct follow up on the original. Technically this one is not cancelled but news regarding it is very limited. There is a Elderscrolls game that was cancelled that would be about the Redguard faction, little is known for this one as well. From what I know it would be around early 2000's up to 2010 somewhere. The Star Trek game pitched by Bethesda didn't get permissions completed, so this is why it got cancelled. I did speak with a Bethesda employee regarding ideas and where to take the Fallout series next. This is the moment Boston was named for the first time by me along side with New York as potential second option. The details were so advanced that my suggestions for using a mod I was working on at the time for Fallout 3, to switch that into a Fallout 4 with me getting on board with the team and working on this very project. Ideas were also about improving the engine if not replacing it due to many issues with it. But also about it being more tactical then Fallout 3 or FoNV, this along side a building element that would allow you to take over a complete vault and depending on the route you decided to go you might become the overseer and able to change the vault to your needs. This would have had for example many features Fallout Shelter would receive later on plus so many more. Including vehicles, garages for them and even a vertibird launch tube like seen at a specific location in Fallout 3. You would be left to decide whether you would share it with the world or keep it all to yourself and conquer parts of the surrounding area if not everything. The location would be starting in Boston, but with vertibird you could travel towards the west coast with needing to land in 1 or 2 locations depending on what the story would do (and the engine) This would be the location of a second vault (also in cryo sleep) where you go in and decide the fate of everyone inside. Once at the west coast you would arrive in New Vegas for starters in order to refuel or find your bearings. This would lead to a encounter with Mr. House for example. The concept of the start of this story would have been starting during the actual war, where you get to fight the actual war and get send to Boston to protect a specific university. Here you would be tasked to guard the site but just after getting your orders things would go south and one of the scientists pushes you into a cryo pod inside the vault below the complex. This being just in time as the bombs starting to fall. After many years your cryo pod would be opened by one of the robots taking care of the place. You get a short report on what has been happening after you got pushed in. Also with you being the only military personnel still live you end up getting the task of deciding what to do next. This meaning you can either simply murder everyone, get everyone out, get out who you need and when you need that person. and so much more. Do note that both vaults would have gotten many similar parts, but also each would have special parts that would be only for that vault. See any similarities to Fallout 4 yet? Yes, I am the original person coming up with that story although they butchered it completely
Oh, you seen by now the settlement build mode from Starfield, this was also intended for Fallout 4, however in Starfield it's a clear after thought but much better implemented. I haven't been able to get started on Starfield so far, but there are likely more things that came from my mind. I doubt Bethesda will also stop stealing things from the community as Fallout 4's Automatron DLC is based of a Fallout 3 mod called "Robco certified" and other DLC's also were content stolen from the modding community while changed to some degree due to legal reasons. So yes, the claims back then regarding Fallout 4 being stolen content is very much the case.
Hopefully the Prey 2 builds leak someday. It’s a tragedy that Bethesda was clearly trying to strong arm Human Head into being purchased, but since they didn’t comply the game was shutdown. Also, Prey 2017 would’ve been much better received if they stuck with the original Nuroshock name.
Imagine if Bethesda made that space game back in the day, it could have been a game to take advantage of 3d accelerated graphics cards back then, imagine that, instead of quake, it could have been this game.
The games on that list I would be most interested in are Van Breun & Star Trek RPG which would have a phenomenal & that coming from someone who has only seen the rebooted movies
If they made a Commander Keen for modern consoles and high end PCs instead of mobile, ditched the micro transactions, and retooled it to play like something like Super Mario Odyssey or better yet Hi-Fi Rush in Microsoft’s case I would’ve been on that game like a shark sensing blood in the water. Bethesda just dragged that ip through the mud similar to Blizzard with Diablo Immortal. Sucks.

When are people gonna stop pushing the narrative that “Bethesda totally screwed over Obsidian!!” The New Vegas devs have stated that the bonus was just a nice gesture by Bethesda, not something that they had asked for, and that Obsidian would’ve had trouble and layoffs even if they had gotten it, because of their own mismanagement and over ambition. I’m not a big fan of Bethesda by any means but that narrative is just tired and untrue. If you’re gonna bother to bring it up at least do your research man and quit pushing that nonsense.
