As a professional educator I have to say you have an excellent presentation style, and your videos are easy to follow and understand. I've watch several other channels about Animate (even some produced by Adobe) and I find yours a cut above. Also, I appreciate that you have no music in the background, which I usually find distracting as it serves no purpose which what I want to hear clearly is the instructor's voice. Excellent videos.
yeah he really does. It's amazing to me how so many teachers either forget what it's like to be a beginner (and teach with that mindset), or put fluff over substance in order to stand out from the crowd, when in reality they're just disappearing into the crowd by being like everyone else. Teaching is definitely a separate skill than the actual knowledge being shared. Not all experts can effectively teach

my understanding (please anyone correct me if i am wrong) is that if you export an MP4 movie from Adobe Animate and animated Movie Clip symbols nested inside of other symbols will not play, try using Graphic symbols instead of Movie Clip symbols. Movie Clip symbols were designed to work with the Flash Player browser plugin, but browsers no longer use the Flash Player plugin.
does anybody know how to seperate symbols from each other? Like on the timeline, everytime you duplicate a symbol on the timeline its not seperated but i want it to move differently than the first movement that was made of multiple symbols, but when you move a symbol in a different frame each symbol in the previous timeline moves aswell. Any idea why this happens? Help would be appreciated
you can right click on a symbol in the Library and Duplicate it; that gives you a copy, with a different name; you can edit that copy without affecting the original symbol; not sure if that answers your question
