Halfway in, and so far… This is the only good symbol tutorial… Everyone else has been so terrible at explaining it and just repeats the same jargon as everyone else, without actually explaining why things are the way they are. That’s what it truly means to teach something.
But you can’t move a graphic across the screen? I thought just did earlier… I saved it as a static asset. Basically, I want to be able to make a X-wing Starfighter wings folding, save it as an asset, and be able to move it across the screen.
You need to animate the wings flapping "within the symbol's timeline" (micro movements) and the actual movement of the x-wing on your "main timeline" (macro movements)
How to make Motion Asset for the Character and store it in the library for reuse in projects, take advantage of the Motion Asset feature ,Is it possible to make a Tutorial about this?
How do I get the symbols different layers? I created in vectr, saved as png, insert in animate, but when I double click I don't get the different layers. Please help
I made a graphic symbol where I animated a clapping audience in a theater. Now I want to replicate this graphic symbol and make many of them but at the same time I want to change the colour of the hair and the t-shirt of each audience. When I try to make that, it makes the colour change on all of them. I would be grateful if you can help me solve this issue
oh I think I found it. I think I use duplicate symbol option and make a new symbol out of the original symbol. So in the end if I want to make 20 audiences, I will have 20 different symbols in my library right?
how to do lip sync on a character as it's moving around . when my character moves the mouth pops out of the head because the mouth stays in one spot, please help any advise would be helpful.

use new key frame on your mouth later. and move it litte bit then follow the face movement.
