I can relate with going to the basement to find stock of food, watching cartoons while having cereal, homemade food made with love. What I love about you is that you are your real self. That is a good idea to not touch your phone. I notice when I look at my phone I feel like I have to rush but when I don’t touch my phone in the morning it seems to be more relaxed. Thanks for the stretches, I struggle with a lower disc issue.
