Today I decided to show you some pointe work combinations that you can do at home only having very little space. Call it “safe exercises” if you will but I think they are still useful and to be honest it’s my favorite type of combination cause there’s nowhere to fall and it’s not scary to do them whatsoever 😅🙈🙌🏻⠀

Большое спасибо за видео! вскоки на две ноги действительно не страшно, а вот на одну в арабеск баланса для "постоять" не хватает. Причем в мягких туфлях такой проблемы нет. Thank you - I have been doing this regularly for a few months now in the absence of being able to access studio pointe classes and have strengthened considerably despite odds being against me. I am a 49 year old who came back to ballet 10 years ago and was desperate for an online, small space pointe class during lockdown,. I found it a real challenge at first but after persevering I am able to do it with ease. Thank you Maria. This is the best centre pointe class online. Full stop! It has become my favourite class to do at home. It is so challenging and strengthening but safe to do at home on slippery non-ideal floors, but also dancey and beautiful. Thank you, Maria! It has helped me strengthen my pointe work so much!
