Compressed Classical Gas
lol
Hah. Nerd.
When we get through this crisis, we need to finally address a long overdue issue: getting Al into the Rock Hall of Fame
Not that I disagree, but just how would you classify him. He is his OWN genre.
@@fredbullmer273 You have a very good point. Especially as he does everything including rock music. He, and his band, are a very singular existence. Musically and personally.
He can sneak in alongside Primus
He definitely needs to get in
He is long overdue!
An accordion got this man a home in the Hollywood Hills.
I'll take "Things only said once in history" for $100, Alex.
@@senormedia you were there to match your intellect, on national TV
@@Yimello any time
OK so subscribing to Weird Al's channel was the smartest thing I've done this year.
Now, "Popcorn", "Flight of the Bumblebee", and "Kitten on the Keys"!
Serious mode: Thanks. Just, thanks.

And here we observe the majestic Al Yankovic in his natural environment preforming a mating call into the distance.
Best comment ever
Teirdalin thanks! Needed that laugh!
I want you to know I read this in a David Attenborough voice like I am sure you intended. Bravo.
Well, that may be so, but at least he doesn't have to project it very far, since his wife is holding the camera.
@Mindful Chase LMAO
How dose he make playing the *Accordion* look awesome, *HOW?!*
Because he's awesome.
Every time I listen to this, I want to give it another thumbs up.
despite all that is happening, sometimes we just need Al to brighten the night and the heart.
He makes everyone smile and I love that 😁
Our lord and savior :)
Huh, classical gas on an accordion sounds like Castlevania music, who knew
I really want to hear Al cover Bloody Tears
They should hire Al to create the music for the next installment of the series.
All through this video I just kept thinking "this is probably filmed at his house.. and what a view he has!
All his neighbors: "Ugh, there he goes again... ." Hahaha!
This guy’s got skills. He just might make something of himself some day.
You know who this is, right?
Kazuhira Miller he’s joking
@@user-nu7xc4wp1h r/woooosh, right?
He took a serious amount of lessons growing up.
He might do a song with that McCartney dude and maybe McCartney will get famous! Maybe a song about chicken pot pie?
First off, Jesus this man doesn't age. Second, it's easy to forget he knows how to use an accordion seriously until you see stuff like this.
Lol, he looks like an infant with a pube stache in the old 80's videos. Seriously, look at a side-by side. The man does, in fact age. He just does so looking every bit as magnificent as the day before, just a little older.
Yeah he does age, just very gracefully and very slowly (visually). His nose looks really different, presumably a bit of surgery.
It is easy to forget, with a focus on the comedy, that what he does requires serious musical capabilities. He plays every style really well. He was into Nirvana before they were cool. He was actually annoyed they weren't cool enough to cover and when they started getting radio play and he thought he could sell their parody, he called Kurt. Kurt said that was the moment he realized he had made it.
Al in the Zone! Been listening to Al since he was on the AM radio on Dr. Demento Show. Staying true to himself!
Everytime I hear this song I Always cry. I Don't know why. It's like my music soul is over joyous because it's so Awesome.
Thanks AL, for making me cry.
🤘🤠
Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages...
The King has returned.
Long live the king...
Hail to the King baby!
What? HE NEVER LEFT.
All hail the king!
The King never left. He only rest to become stronger then before.
You stay 6 feet back. He's a living treasure. Be careful.
My dad passed away in January. He loved this song and he loved Weird Al. Hearing this is great catharsis.
There will never be an instance of this popping up in my home feed and I decide "nah, not today"
In these dark times only one person can show us the light, and he wields an accordion.
Why does this sound like a synopses for a Novel?
thesonofabob Excellent ! 😀
Considerate! I wish my partner would step outside when he gets classical gas.
BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ‼️
if you can smell their fart, you should sit farther apart.
Outstanding proof it's Al's world, we just live in it.
Ah yes, I see the king has greeted his kingdom with a delightful tune upon his balcony.
Weird Al proves that one man and his accordion can bring joy to the world in these tough times we are all facing. I have loved Al since I was 7 and heard 'Eat It' for the first time. I was an odd kid, and there was something about Al I instantly connected with. I have bought almost every record and watched almost any show or movie with Al in it. Heck, I even went and saw UHF in the theatres with my mom. It was a double feature along with the Pheobe Cates 1960s set film 'Shag." I just came to see UHF and skipped the other film.
UHF is the bomb!
If you like weird al for his weirdness i recomand a little band called ween. Still funny but not a joke band and no parodies, just tongue in cheek humor with amazing music.
I recomend songs, chocolate town, hiv song, buenos tardes, you fucked up, let me lick your pussy (live at stubs), the mollusk, mutilated lips, light me up, bananas and blow and tear for eddie live.
Their live shows are among the best
Your story mirrors mine👍
@@albenmurcia4716 Looooove Ween!!!👍
Dear Bill Choy, Right there with ya, my brother! Wierd Al for life!!!
I'm assuming Al's neighbors are just used to stuff like this.
It's fucking LA. It's literally Hell, on Earth. I am sure random accordionists do not even impinge upon their consciousness, they are so used to filtering out reality.
I couldn't
They probably love it, I know if he was my neighbor I'd love it
Barnaclebeard Jealous? 😂
@@darkchakra22 horrified and disgusted
This is still giving me serotonin boosts to get me through the pandemic. Bless u Al
Just when I thought he couldn't get any cooler.
nobody:
Lenny: now play classical gas
Weird Al: its not a parody but i gotchu
You know life has gotten crazy when Weird Al playing Classical Gas on accordion is the sanest thing I've witnessed in a month. Thanks Al! ❤️🎶
If we had the ability to make some of us immortal my vote would be for Al.
I come back every once and a while to let this piece touch my soul again.
Yeah he's funny.... but how about the level of musicianship required to pull that off! Just love him. Hope he does more.
Thank you that is exactly what I was thinking.
Seriously!
I saw him live on his mandatory World tour, complete showman in all he does.
I love Weird Al, but these guys over here are fucking killing it:
czcams.com/video/fyRq9G7VlzY/video.html
Everyone seems to even forget that Al is an architect too.
Its fun to watch Al just play like no one is watching.
When he closed his eyes and just gos in to a flow state.
We used to have a neighbor on the Southside wake us up almost every morning with the bagpipes. 😫
I would have much preferred this. 😃
Thanks for this!
Even the putrid LA sky turns blue when Weird Al plays his music
I think this is what those out of touch celebs thought they were doing with "Imagine".Al is just pure joy though.
LOVE this. Al is the one talented, smart and humble celebrity who actually deserves this lovely house in the hills, too.
When Jodie Foster says in "Contact" that they should have sent a poet, this is what she was talking about.
Remember, if you are funny, write cute parody songs, and can play the hell out of a accordian, you too can own a home in the Hollywood Hills.
honestly whenever talking about the greatest musicians of all time, this man NEEDS to be in the conversation.
Yeah....sure. What did you smoke?
@@vertsang5424 Weird Al is indisputably a musical genius, high order.
Why he and his band aren't in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is beyond me!!!
