Since my pc is weak, how can i run ziRail on Maya 2016

It does not matter if your pc is weak to be able tu run ziRail. If you can run Maya then the plugin should work too.

This Zirail version does not change the number of spans when you hold shift and drag middle mouse button. It also crashes Maya 2022

What do you mean exactly? You can use Quadraw to delete polys with Ctrl+Shit and click.
