Hey friend 🥰 yes everything still fits. I get the 2 inch insert (the thinnest one offered) just for the protection of the inside. I ordered mines from Samorga ☺️

when you have the bag on your shoulder with the strap/insert and you open it, does the bag fall down/away whilst the insert remains to your shoulder??? i wanna buy it but im thinking if i get the insert to go with it wont it just fall to the ground when i open the flap?

As long as the bag is snapped closed it won’t flip, but the insert does make it less hectic. I ended up ordering an insert with the loop on both sides. That way I don’t have to be too concerned
