One day I was going to class, went into the wrong room and got jumped by a dog.
Turns out I went in a cubicle where a disabled girl was taking her exams. I apologized and excused myself out of the room.
Later that day I heard a commotion in a hallway and found said girl screaming from a panic attack hugging her dog comforting her. Go figure why but I decided to push my way through the people watching and helped her calm down, brought her outside and just hung around until someone came to take care of her.
Weâve been together for 5 years and got married at Disney World Florida last year, sheâs the sweetest person in the world!

We celebrated a couple's 60th wedding anniversary in our nursing home. He is always visits his wife and they truly are a beautiful couple. We put their wedding photos up the Bannister where we had their meeting our cook made them a huge cake and the husband cried. He always sends her cards and flowers we even put it in our town newspaper. He visited her even during lockdown when we had screen visits.

In august of this year, my grandparents will have been married for 65 years. I was at their 50th anniversary party and at their 60th, and my grandparents still look at each other with the same amount of love that they had on their wedding day. My grandfather made a speech at their 60th wedding anniversary party, and he said that the secret to their happy marriage was that "she put up with him." We'll be throwing another party for them this summer, and I look forward to seeing how their love has grown.
The love of my life and I were together 25 years before we were "legally" able to be married...then we only had 2 years, 8 months, before cancer took him... I still wear our wedding rings, almost 8 years later, as I look forward to the day I can join him again.
I know this is none of my busines(s), but i'm glad you at least had chance to spend almost 3 decades with him. I hope you'll find someone you'll be able to share your life with again.

My grandparents were married for over 71 years. They had 9 children & so many grandchildren & great grandchildren. I am their eldest grandkid! My grandpa just passed this last March. I miss him dearly ~ We all do. Especially, my grandma. Love is real.

Though itâs true that the time between the two photos of the pink couple was 40 years, they were not still together in the later picture. The photographer found them again and wanted to get their picture but they had been separated for some time. Iâm sorry if this ruins the happy feelings.
Truth, I saw the series that the photographer made 40 years later. It was great. Not all the couples in those photos were still together. They look friendly and healthy, so why that would ruin the happy feeling, LOL, life is complicated.
