Just received the meter that you recommended and are using in this video. My old meter doesn't do capacitance. I was able to test the new capacitor that I ordered with the meter. Thanks for a great recommendation and a good value.

Here's a tip I forgot to give in the video, use rechargeable batteries in it. Not only because they can be reused (bonus), but because they will never leak acid into your meter as the old NON rechargeable DO. That acid then destroys your electronics.
