Glad other people are acknowledging this is a common sideaffect of buying a wrx. Mine came with a neon yellow subaru badges and a pair of ww2 era binoculars.
Hell, even with a 'regular' Subaru, there was stuff left. The little compartment above the fuse box was completely full of coins, and I found a cheap ring under the seat!

Back in 2018 I bought an '06 Impreza 2.5i and traded it for a 2003 WRX wagon. The WRX had 270k and my Impreza had like 140k but he agreed to trade on the spot no money exchanged. Dumb move, and I can't believe I didn't pay proverbially pay for it. Never missed a beat, probably cause it was stock. The real funny part is in the glovebox that I had to force open, I found registration for a 2012 owner, c*ndoms, and no joke a bottle of cuttwood unicorn milk and some random spare coils (these were back in the big mod days) 🤣
So glad the previous owner didnt forget his vapes

I remember when these cars were new back in the day. I bought a brand new wrx in 2002 and some friends had ones later in 04. So I was in the new Subaru world directly in the day brand new. They were pretty nice brand new. Fresh, tight, quiet. Back then it was all the rage to get a Cobb access port and downpipe and tires. In fact my buddy’s car was the prototype test bed for the first access port. As for tires The potenza s04 I think it was was the tire of choice.

The good old days where stage 2 was life. Yes if you buy one today being 20 yrs old you’ll have redo everything. Even this one the engine doesn’t sound healthy so have $2k ready for a RA short block

just picked up a 6spd 02 wagon with all the goodies, loving this EJ platform so far coming from an Evo IX
Bought a used CJ 7 back in 1989. Found a handful of ammo and a buttplug under the front seat.
One thing I always do is pop up the bench seat in the back (if it comes up.) Always interesting things under that bench seat.
I'm amazed there wasn't a vape pen and an engine rebuild kit in the trunk

I remember when I got my GMC Sierra the previous owner left a 5 quart jug of oil, a bunch of sockets that definitely don't fit on the vehicle, and a whole bunch of epipens.

That other fob couldn't be for an aftermarket remote start, could it? That's difficult but technically possible to set up on a manual transmission car.
