Her E flat is still amazing as the end of her career. Sills had class and humility. She knew when to retire, put the vocal cords away & walk away with dignity. Unlike some high sopranos today ( not mentioning any names ) who are straining & screeching notes that are now in their mid or late 60's and think they still got it.

Always a fan of Bubbles! She was fabulous right5 through to her retirement! She suffered cancer in 1974, so she retired when she felt she needed to.
