- Chris the Cop is here to save the day in Detroit: Become Human! We follow along as Chris investigates an apartment looking for clues to help him defuse a hostage situation happening in the next room. As he goes around he highlights the realism of how interacting with fellow investigators, evidence, and potential bodies could make or break the case. Watch the video to find out how successful Chris is in his endeavor and if he can save the hostage! Leave your prediction in the comments below!
Detroit: Become Human is a third-person adventure game where audience members have the ability to choose their own perspectives. The story continues without these characters as there are multiple playable characters; therefore, there is no "game over" message following the death of a character. With fast-paced events and dialogue choices, there are multiple ways in which the story can unfold.

"whereever there's holes, we put these rods through."
context, people. it's important.
yes it is, yes it is
I knew someone wrote it
28 STAB WOUNDS!
I like your name and profile picture
I figured someone would put that line up And low and behold it’s the first thing I see when scrolling through the comments
I loved how all 3 stories balance each other
Connor = A cold machine learning how to empathize
Marcus = An empathic android forced to become colder
Kara = the victim of the other two sides colliding with each other
Kara : what it means to love.
Marcus : what it means to live.
Connor: 28 STAB WOUNDS!!!
@@PaperclipClips it took me 3 years to get that scene out of my mind and now his voice is in my head again and i can't stop thinking about it
More of Detroit become human with chris. This was very interesting!
Check out his channel Chris the cop. He plays it there
Keep your notifications on 👀
Of course he would chose to lie to the android
Cops always lie 🙈
When I played this part I got shot in the back but the little girl was safe
@@population-_-420 priority is saving the girl bruh, not being truthful to an hostage taker.
He says he has a gun, the android makes him toss it, and he just loses an venue.

Rook, you’re alive! You ever wonder if you and the ODST rookie have a lot in common? You guys don’t really talk much 😂

I LOVE it when experts play. I’d want a real swat squad against another department face off in a rainbow six siege private match.
Yes
SWAT vs the Spec Ops guys
@@Aldersees75 aren't they the same?
That would be very cool
@@juno4life758 they're equivalent in their respective fields.
So happy that he's playing this. This game is so great.
i am MF agent
Extremely underrated game; probably best graphics on last gen and really thought provoking themes in the story
@@TheShakan973 It's not underrated, it literally won awards and was nominated for game of the year
@@Burstify I mean, other than 28 STAB WOUNDS memes, it almost feels like the game is being forgotten soon :(
@@Smiley0.1 yeah, the fandom is a bit dead. i’ve heard it’s coming back to life though.
Hey, the video almost everyone asks for and it only took about a year lmao
In all seriousness, I'm really glad this video is finally here.
i think he played the same game on his channel
@@opeyemiasiru1027 i know but like, as a Gamology video

I like how he still had trigger discipline even if he was just holding a controller. I love Chris and the content he makes!
Button discipline. You don't want to press the wrong button
@@kiloklavdi1185
Ooh, that could actually be an amazing mechanic in a game, forcing trigger discipline through that.
Time stamp?
Chris will definitely not approve of how Fuze from Rainbow 6 Siege handles hostage situations lmao

I remember starting this game and saving the fish and not caring about the actual mission
Lol
Loved this game, wish they'd give you the level of choice in other games.
they do, try disco elysium.
Heavy Rain
typically other companies "never" will because a game with this much choice requires a shit ton of animations and overall production, which is why it took between 6 to 9 years (yes the first kara teaser was released in 2012).
and also because the executives know that there could be parts that most people might never even see so they would think its a waste of money to have all that.
im talking about the usual game developer btw, not quantic dream of course.
Until Dawn and now Supermassive Games is making more of them
I guess I seemed oblivious to all the choice games out there in my comment.. I know there are games with choices similar, but they aren't done nearly as well as Detroit. I wish it was more of a major aspect in gaming.
Him looking down to know where the buttons are is hilarious to me😭
4:53 The default camera is set to cinematic so yes it's quite hard to navigate, but actually you can look around freely by using scanning sight. Just press L2.
Personally I quite enjoyed Detroit. I like games like this as it's a nice breather from the usual and it's like a story I don't need to visualize myself.
I always did like the insight Chris The Cop gives everytime I see him here.
9:30 thank you for that little bit of editing to clarify what "getting tired" is, 10/10 editing 👏
Finally some more Detroit become human!!
@Santa Claus ᨆ
No one cares
Yeah,its a interesting game
@Santa Claus ᨆ where's the m1 Abrahams that i wanted for Christmas? (╯°Д°)╯
@@kermitthefrog2578 agreed
This is by far my favorite story game, you cannot change my mind, thanks for having chris play it!
Please do more! This was so exciting and interesting to watch. I've seen alot of Gameplay & it's fascinating how Chris chose differently than gamers. Shows his professionalism in these situations.
I would love to see him play the whole game honestly! This game is a goldmine for interesting points
He does. His channel is Chris the Cop
One of my favourite games of recent times, cool to see more of it!
Gamology, amazing episode, hope we can see something like this again with law experts playing pheonix ace attorney
Chris!
Good to see you again
i was waiting for this! woohoo!
I like how this portrays robots in the force. We can expect robots to be put in the force for highly dangerous situations that would or could result in the death of an officer. They wouldn't probably be sentient but rather controlled by a policeman.
I could definitely picture that in the near future
We've all been waiting for this :D
More please. This is awesome!
This is pretty cool, can't wait to see his gameplay
Amazing video!
Please let him play other missions with Connor!!
Check out his channel Chris the cop. He plays it there.
He has his own channel. He started playing this game on it recently too.
Finally you guys did this video! Now do the “28 stab wounds” interrogation scene!!
I loved this!!!!! This is so interesting to see
Awesome work my dood🤘🏽
Loved the video! Thought the background music was a shame when the soundtrack for the game is as amazing as it is though. :)
So good! It's so interesting listening to him
What if we got to see a police officer playing Astral Chain?
CZcams was so boring today finally a good video
One of my favorite games! We need a sequel, dammit!
The fact that he says that some of these technological advances exist _today_ is mindboggling! I love those outtakes at the end. LOL
While a sequel for this game would be absolutely amazing, Quantic Dreams (the developer) don't seem to do sequels.
@@MartinKusimo I know! And I want Connor and Hank back. It’d be cool if you could maybe play Chloe or something, too! Maybe even as Kamski. That would be interesting.
2:12 that sounds pretty scary, I don't want cameras inside but maybe outside around the parameter. Honestly wouldn't even feel safe with any cameras lol
there's nothing wrong with having your own cameras in places. The concerns come from having things like nest or ring cameras which are constantly uploading to the internet and are easily hacked
Markus: "We Are Free!"
"An eye for an eye and the world goes blind."
@Maga MK why tho ?
This game is a true masterpiece.
More pleaseeeee this is so interesting
Yoooo this is fire
Yesss, new guy that plays this game
Yes, full playthrough pls
We want chris not only play DBH, maybe other games too!!
Chris acting like he’s never played this
😂😂😂
Maybe this was recorded two weeks ago.
He recorded this before he actually did the playthrough for his channel
@Tripple A 🤣
If you watched till the end he said "i can't wait to play this" so this was probably recorded before his own lets play.
The look on his face when he saw the probability skyrocket when he kept the gun! 😂
I really liked the explanations Chris gave for the situation. It adds to my understanding of Connor's part of the game. It was very interesting to see what someone who deals with this thinks about the game.
MORE CHRIS CONTENT!!!!
I don’t know why but I love seeing experts play games 🙂
Oh yes! Play more Detroit!
We put these "rods" through "holes".
It had to be done
Seeing that guy again at the ending of the game. Kinda heart wrenching
It is actually very interesting to see a real policeman playing
Having played the game more than 3 times this aggravated me.
Ok we need a whole series of this with him
Always love to see Police Man
He did really well.
RIP Fish 😔
Thanks for the entertaining videos! Some of your videos like this one have your host mic panned to one side and I'm guessing the camera mic panned to the other, suggest you take care in choosing one and panning it to the center as it's pretty distracting especially when watching on headphones.
This was a really good idea. You should have him play all the Conner scenes. I’m glad he was able to save the girl because even I saves the girl on my first Playthru lol
I’m blown at how real world negotiation tactics worked in the game.
Interesting content
Damn, i didn't expect he can get that results with the choices he made.
WE NEED MORE OF CHRIS AND DETROIT!!!
More videos with Detroit Became Human with Chris pls
Don't worry Chris, I'm already supersuscribbled to Gamolgy and your channel. ;)
Nice, I like Your Channel.
Its one of those games where choices matter
I knew this was coming
I really want a part two of this
This game was so great
When you refused to get rid of the chopper I though no what are you doing? But wow it worked out. Lol
1 don't lie, need to build trust, have convince them they can trust you.
Anything can happen especially if you're on a damn roof and the subject has nothing to lose.
2 keep calm, don't raise you voice, a calm, even voice will help to bring the intensity down.
3 listen you can learn a lot about someone just by listing to them.
People tell you what they want, believe, fear or hate all the time. And they don't always tell you by words, you need to also pay attention to body language.
4 sympathize with them, give short remarks to show you are listening to them. Example
Subject: "I Hate this shit! I work my ass off! And they think they can treat me like this!"
You: "yes your right, you or anyone else shouldn't ever be treated like this.
But that girl in your hands, you care for her don't you?...you don't want to hurt her do you?"
5 keep them talking, think a lot of the time people like this feels no one is listing to them, and they want someone to hear them out. Be that ear ask questions not offensive. What ever you believe, what ever you disagree with should be put to the side.
This isn't about you or your belief, it about them.
6 if they start talking to you, you're in now you just have to keep yourself there.
Don't being up shit that would escalate the situation.eaning if they don't have a good relationship with their parents don't bring them up.
The more you study people the easier reading people becomes.
If you're the type that has Empathy for other's and not just sympathy. You would already know all of this and most likely have an easier time with something like this.
I just took notice I wasn't subscribed to the channel, so that ending was effective hahaha lol
duuude i did not expect him to defuse the situation with the choices he was making
Little sad the game's soundtrack wasn't used.. I've replayed the game enough to remember certain musical moments etc. Good breakdown; I'll watch part 2 soon
From what I remember, I think if you be honest with the android about the gun and reach them up close, you save both them and the girl (you can also put a tourniquet on the wounded officer to save them.) I'd like to see the office play all of this game, it's a great game, the moral decisions you have to make a very tricky.
now I wonder what ending would sir Chris get.
I watched Chris play this on his channel its so entertaining
This is gonna be good
Most peaceful day in Detroit
We need to see more
I want a sequel for this game.
Chris is the MAN!
deeeeeym from 50% - 100% real quick.
This game is very underrated
Please more!
are you armed
conner: pulls out the gun "I DONT HAVE A GUN"
I just googled Chris and it seems like he was in a Batman short about poison ivy called Pamela & ivy
Time is of the essence
Oh it's Chris again! Hey gamology can we have him reacting to the need for speed most wanted (2005) chases? Radio chatter, attack patterns, moves, strategies, call outs etc
Damn I remember spending hours on that game
Police Officers react to the Batman: Arkham games next PLEASE.
I think a detective is more suited to react to those games than a police officer. Outside of Origins and Knight police presence is very minimal.
@@malcolmmiles3603: Exactly what I meant.
Or doctors. Regarding the trauma Batman can dish out.
Fantastic video!! On another note, it would be nice if the police officer could react to Max Payne 1 and 2.
Interesting point with the gun: if you tell the truth, the deviant wants you to prove it. If you prove it, then he tells you throw the gun aside. If you comply, that actually *massively* improves your chance of success.
Not needed here with Chris, clearly, but helpful if you need to get his trust back.
On the flipside, if you *don't* comply, you can actually shoot the deviant. This doesn't save the girl, though, unless you also go through with sacrificing yourself for the mission and separating the deviant from the little girl as they fall, you taking the girl's place as you push her to safety.
Chris is great
We got to see more Detroit with him. is not a long game lets go!. something like prepare to try from IGN could work very well here
