Police Officer SOLVES a Crime Scene in Detroit: Become Human | Experts Play (Part 2)

- Chris the Cop is back for part 3 of him playing through Detroit: Become Human. In today's episode, Chris plays as multiple androids playing through their different storylines. From health care to crime scenes every android is unique as we see in the gameplay, they start to become almost sentient. Chris takes us through the realism of a crime scene and explains the steps and precautions taken when investigating.
Detroit: Become Human is a third-person adventure game where audience members have the ability to choose their own perspectives. The story continues without these characters as there are multiple playable characters; therefore, there is no "game over" message following the death of a character. With fast-paced events and dialogue choices, there are multiple ways in which the story can unfold.

12:46 Chris misunderstood the painting. It is not the depiction of a angry human, it is the depiction of a angry android (you can see the glowing ring on the right temple on the painting). Most likely the repressed feeling of anger at how androids are treated by people.
@SharkTank he's playing it on his channel
@SharkTank "shut up" 👼, I got the formula right here son
@@cam3686 Just don't mind about him, dude.
I always thought it was Marcus himself depicted in that because it kinda looks like him
I would love to see a complete playthrough with this guy. His police perspective makes for interesting commentary on the little details like body decay and anything from the detective android's perspective
He's actually doing exactly that on his channel. Though he's currently on hiatus at the moment
He was doing that, but Gamology seems to have bought his time for this game. Right now he’s just re-reacting to things he already did on his own channel. Kind of wish he hadn’t switched over cause the Gamology version cuts out so much and of course, since he already played the beginning of the game, these reactions are just him repeating things he already said.
I think, after this, it will all be new stuff for him.
Indeed, this will be good 👍
@@retradd1618 And did I not say police perspective? Are detectives and SWAT officers not police anymore?
His name is Connor.
I think a lot of people bought Hank an extra drink at the bar
Majority. Whether u loved or hated him!!! U bought him that drink!!!!
In my bad playthrough I spilled his drink but apart from that yea
I actually spilled his drink. Figured it would wake him up a bit
Nah mate, first time i throw his drink because i dont like people who drink lol
@@zaer-ezart how’d that reaction go!!!
This game is honestly scary, it puts you in uncomfortable positions where it forces you to do the morally right thing. I love it
I wouldn't say Detroit Become Human forces you to do the "morally right" thing, since morals are subjective by definition. I'd say it does something more powerful; it forces you to see the consequences of your actions -intended and unintended. Then you have to ask yourself if those "righteous" or "wicked" morals are as "good" or "bad" as you thought.
It's an amazing way to open people's minds up. Honestly questioning and evaluating my beliefs is one of the most beneficial things I've learned to do at University. My family and I have have spent tens of thousands of dollars (USD) for me to learn that, and this game helps teach you it for just $60. What a steal, am I right?
@@leftdoor2328 ikr bro
If you like that pressure, you should try Telltale's The Walking Dead without pausing. Then it forces you to make split second decisions based on your truest morals and raw rationality, and I swear to god I've learned more about myself than I thought possible.
@@leftdoor2328 that’s true actually
@@DefinitelyNotAnOsprey which big choices (the one with only two options usually and make great impact) do you think is most valueable to you?
I love how chris can tell an asshole from the first few seconds of screen time. I imagine working in police and military does give you a keen people sense.
More in the police (ideally) than the military. You kinda focus more on the shooting than the talking in the military.
That... Or it's just david cage's writing relying a lot on stereotypes thus some characters are esily recognizable in behavior in a few secs.
@@iota-09 Or when commenters state the obvious.
the accuracy of the game particular is the investigation really nailed Chris 👏🔥
@SharkTank I agree maybe in his channel it can be deeper and longer
@SharkTank He has a playthrough of this game on his channel. While his videos are currently on hiatus, he’s already gotten further into the game than what we’re seeing here.
@SharkTank Did you miss the part where I said Chris is on hiatus? I’m pretty sure his playthrough not being complete should have been implied from that. And how is it “ruining the potential” here when he’s further along on his side of things?
I wonder if Chris looked at the decision tree, and realised that Todd could have died there.
You should check his personal channel he already did this and he did shoot Todd
@@whitedragon1204 That's cool .. although, the way Todd shows up later is some interesting content, too.
The serious face he pulls when todd hits the girl is chilling
I'm sure he's had to witness and deal with a disgusting amount of that, feel bad for him
I can't remember which, but there's actually a case law that would have cleared the homicide android. It basically states that if the defended is in a compromised mental state, from consistent mental and physical abuse, and law enforcement is unable to press charges for said abuse, the defendants actions can be deemed justified.
The case in question I remember was a woman killed her abusive husband and fed him to the neighbors pigs
The big concerns here is that that law would have been regionally specific or potentially overturned by later court rulings.
But the real kicker? Human Laws would not likely be applied to androids. Instead it'd be humans applying laws to androids specifically and they'd be very specific/exact.
Except androids aren’t human, just like there are animal rights law, it’s likely that androids would have to have them too.
10:15 you can see Chris having multiple fantasies here all of them involve Tod in very unpleasant situations
😂
“Todd’s not a very nice person” - well I mean his name is Todd.
It just works
Todd actaully isn't bad lol. He's just broken. ( if you chose the right options) he actaully saves the girl
@@npcimknot958 he is talking about the other todd you know
@@cleoindah1238 I was thinking about Todd from breaking bad
@@npcimknot958 uh yeah I'd say he's pretty fucking bad. being broken doesn't excuse abusing a child
These are great! Keep them coming! BTW, you can change the camera position with the R1 button. The tank controls are meh, but it helps. Also, you _can_ look around in 360° by holding R2 “Mind Palace” mode if you want to rotate it.
2:04 the Easter egg is that Bishop (from Aliens) loses both of his legs, and Carl can’t use them in this game, either. Nice touch. Also Connor’s name references “John Connor” in the Terminator films. (A.I. vs Humanity, Cyberdyne, which sounds a lot like Cyberlife.) There’s MANY MORE. Too many to list. 😂 I know pretty much all of them.
I was gonna write the Aliens reference too but you did it early, nice catch
I gotta say he has some great reflexes if he can complete the quick time events perfectly
The Alien reference made me like this guy about twice as much.
He also reminds me of my dad, who is a badass Asian Sheriff's Detective.
Narrative of Self is the result of a feedback loop between “Separate Self” & Cosmos 🎈
I love how he's enjoying the story until the crime scene investigation starts and he's all business haha Great video!!!
It would be pretty cool to see how the good detective here reacts to Connor's full storyline and how he would play through it.
If you haven’t found it already, he’s played the whole game (plus others) on his own channel.
Another great episode of gamology. Thanks Chris.
@SharkTank Dude stop spamming. We get it. You want this to be in Chris' channel. But Gamology and Chris seem to both be OK with it being here, and have intentionally collaborated for it to be here, so they get to pick.
@SharkTank No spam, dude.
Boss, You killed a child?
@@anvi.a8976 Great work! That right there is why you're the best.
@SharkTank You aren't "passing notes." This isn't a classroom. It's a CZcams comments section, and your "notes" are repeatedly posted, unsolicited, irrelevant calls to action, directed towards people who obviously don't agree with you.
"did I turn the right way the first time?" Yeh, every gamers nightmare.
Sorry I’m a bit late, this always fascinates me and when Chris is around the fun always becomes amazing 😉
It's amazing to see how he analyzes the situations in this game! This game has some seriously uncomfortable situations, and scenes. With this experience, he has so much overview on these scenarios. Love it!
I never realized that Hank was driving after drinking :0
Chris should play that one 911 dispatcher game, and talk about some of the calls and how he would handle them
Its good to see you again Chris
You're getting so much better at games! keep up the good work Chris, on and off the streets! :)
Have Chris The Cop react to Judgement
alright I'm all ready for the 28 STAB WOUNDS XD
It's always a pleasure to see ChrisTheCop here.
I’m so looking forward for Chris to play the interrogation with Connor and the deviant! I’m loving this!!
He already did on his channel.
Is it just me who finds Karl’s voice really relaxing.
I love watching his genuine interest in the game
Im glad to see chris back :)
Chris is a cool, entertaining guy. And a gamer to boot!
9:25 I think that would be way too disgusting to see in a video game
Officer Chris has the most serious face doing the detective work
I've been waiting for this
Chris! Miss your channel ! You’re the best!
I would honestly love to see this guy play the entire game and the choices he makes.
10:16 Chris is having vietnam war flashback right now
This game is so old its still fun to play and watch this game will never die
Todd's dialogue: f...f...f..f...
Bro he looks so kind i just want to hug him!
Quantic Dream casting Lance Henriksen and NOT having him be an android in their game about androids has to rank up there among egregious offenses committed in gaming history.
I mean save for the assortment of dubious practices that that some studios get up to have actual, real life consequences
I can't wait for another part ^w^
man just look at chris stern look shift when they moved to the kara part....you can tell he doesnt like drugs because hes seen first hand the impact on comunity.
chris. legend
3:28 i find it funny that the painting there changes in the changing angle xd
Oh my god Chris remembered about the first Resident Evil damn... Chris if you read this +respect for you my man
Hey, if anyone is curious, Chris has his own channel on CZcams called Chris The Cop. I recommend it to everyone who watches Gamology.
He won’t be uploading for a while though (maybe ever).
this channel is so cool
3:40 You can tell this dude is a professional at reading people, he already knew that Leo was an a**hole and wanted money.
I think you can kill Todd by going into HIS room, finding a gun in his glove compartment, going there RIGHT after becoming a deviant, and then firing at him. :) Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
correct
i swear this game is like a good movie! need to play this!
"Lets go investigate a homocide after we had a 3-4 whiskeys" xD
nice episode :D
Please let martial artists react judgment games moves
I like this guy. "it was great... except Todd it still alive" :D
9:06 I like how he says “he turned against his own people” as if there aren’t HUMAN cops who find and arrest other HUMANS
This is my FAVOURITE GAME
He's REALLY good at the QTE's.
I was wondering whether I should get this game or not. This is pretty much a glowing review of the game
9:43 "Kill Todd!" YES! We can agree on that. Kara! Kill Todd before he wakes up! He'll be much easier to escape that way! :-D
As for my favorite cop, well, you're going to have to fight Mike the Cop *_and_* my own brother for that title belt, Chris! :-D
mike the cop and chris the cop should do a collab
@@AweEmperorofChickenKilling YES! This must happen _immediately!_
What say *_you,_* Chris? :)
My man Chris looks mad when Todd slapped the lil girl
loved it!
i like how he really enjoyes lol :D
would love to see more
10:06 That line always gets me lmao! 😂😂😂 Oh no not an accountant!
Oh yes. Maaaan I live this game dude I wish there would be more games like dbh
Awsome!
Love this game!
The buddy cop aspect of this game was the best part and not the poorly done civil rights story line
I don’t think i’ve ever done a play through where i left Todd alive
that guy from Alien IS Carl. Lance "epic old man" Henriksen
Imagine Chris the cop playing Heavy rain. One mission in he already figures out who the murderer is
This is definitely the creepiest level in Detroit become human.
This cop wanted to hurt the guy beating on his daughter...I could tell.
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE GAME🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I love how he think about other games and Easter eggs why playing
"IRL there should be So many maggots, the floor would be drenched in the reeking body fluids after escaping his rotting carcass, but hey, we cant have everything!"
One of my favorite games…
I cried to
4:20 hi Mr.Krabs (yeah you heard me right this drunk cop is voiced by Spongebob’s money loving boss so seeing this would might ruin your childhood and the fact he swears)
This other old detective guy reminds me of hamitch (hunger games)
If Kara had grabbed Todd's gun, she could have put him down permanently.
Leaving him alive is the better option though because it has interesting consequences later on.
@@alextomanov1842 Also, killing Todd is bad pr for androids everywhere. Public opinion is everything if you want to achieve a peaceful ending.
@@gaelangaudette9576 Yeah , that is a part of the consequences.
Jackson every after leaving grey Sloan
If you don't break the barrier Todd ends up killing Alice and then blames Kara and killing her
You can actually kill Todd. There's a gun in the house you cam find as you're doing the tasks. During the fight, you can use it.
aw you let todd live
100% play through!
You know what, being first is overrated I’m 1165th beat that
I'm 1337 nice to meet ya
Funny thing with Todd is.. he's isn't a bad person ( if you do the right thing lol ) but he is broken
Tod will later apologise and let you two go .
Dude please let him play haevy rain. I want to know what does he think about it
The dead body was frozen.
Please make these videos longer there a bit short.
I love this guy
you should have this guy spend some time with "heavy rain" that was a good ps3 title and i also heard if you pay attention you can find out who the killer is before the game tells you
Please have him play deadly premonition... 🥺🙏
OMG it looks like the 2nd floor of RE1 where you get the item from the statue. 1:13
I fucking lovee this game man
I like him and would love to see him finish the game.
he did on his own youtube channel!
