Thanks for this video I just got a 1975 Johnson and was trying to figure out how to rebuild the carburetor. This was a great help

Brandon, where can you find parts for the 25 hp Evinrude and what are you soaking the carb in?

I have the same carb and motor. My choke does not seem to be working, any way to service that?

I used to run one of these on my 16 foot lund. It was a '74 I believe, ran like a scalded dog. Good motor, just used too much gas for the power output in my opinion. Good luck.

Great video. I took my carb off a 1976 evinrude. Would you know where to buy an choke solenoid?

You'll likely have to source that from ebay. If you have the electric choke option it would be this part www.ebay.com/itm/124679042233?epid=1933914318&hash=item1d077334b9:g:fnUAAOSwz41gdaGu
