Garima Mam I have a suggestion to give your colleague, please tell her that if they are using the term eco-friendly, so they should sell the oil not in plastic bottles but in glass bottles.

They can sell it as honey, they sell it in glass bottle with written on that 'net weight 1 kg' so weight will b counted with glass bottle.

While mixing the seeds or nuts in the grinding area one should use medical certified hand gloves & head cap 🙏. Rest you guys are doing great job 👍
Actually they won't use hand gloves as most gloves are made of rubber which has latex, which can get mixed in the oil and hand with gloves is not so helpful during extraction.

actually they should use wooden spatula to push and scrape the seeds. and wear head caps for the hair and control dust.

Its always good to see that people are turning to organic oil production and supply, one concern is the hygiene that is seen in the video. Its not of a big concern it seems, people using their hands in the product while crushing the seeds while a spatula can be used with gloves. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the equipment is seen easily. Still a great job and a good small business idea.

I never consumed sunflower/goldwinner kind packed oil. We grow coconuts and eating everything cooked in coconut oil foods
Coconut oil is better oil and has a higher smoke point. Most of these oils are not cold pressed but manufacturered using high heat as its more profitable.

Here two things to be corrected; 1) should extract oils through Bull driven method coz the RPM which makes a lot of differences in many ways. 2) should not store the oils in the plastic bottles and always should store in glass bottles or steel bottles only.
Speed is very fast
Bull walk on normal speed , it is again machine
And it's touched by bare hands.... No hygiene is observed..... Better to get killed by chemicals than unhygienic food.. 😂
Glass packaging is expensive it affects cost...and cold oil is filled in plastic bottle so no plastic content will go to oil. Off course glass is a better option but not economical
I am sure they won't mind if you take your own glass bottle. They seem clean people to me.

Everyone should switch/shift to cold pressed or local oils. Eg:- Mustard Oil or coconut oil. Refined oils which are mostly used nowdays are proved to be harmful for health.

You're doing a great job. But could you also find an alternative to the plastic containers? The goodness of the oils are traded off with the use of these plastic containers. Go green all the way please. You can do it 👍
I absolutely agree. The plastic will make the oils turn rancid quickly and it is not ecofriendly either.

Minimum 2. 5 kg groundnut for one litre oil... Tht makes it minimum 450 rupees per litre

I have been using the cold pressed oils for all of my daily needs and belive me guys it is one of the best decision I have ever made in my life, the quality and purity is amazing and it truly nourishes the skin, I have switched so many brands and finally I found a brand named Limmunoil, it is a new brand but the product quality is really good compared to other brands and also it is slightly on a premium side but it is the best so far.
