One change I think Ryan missed was the period. I've heard from some trans guys that their period went away after their first dose of T (testosterone), and then I've heard others say it went away after being on T for a year. So, there's no real definite time range. Usually the packet with the listed affects will tell you that it goes away during the first 6-12 months. But, like Ryan said, everyone's different and there's no way to know exactly what changes will occur and what won't. :)

I'm a biological male who went on TRT seven months ago because I was aging, experiencing health issues, and losing my ability to benefit from exercise. Here are the major changes I have noticed...
1) Much better energy level
2) Better recovery from workouts
3) Better motivation to workout consistently
4) Return of body hair
5) Increased libido
6) Better sleep at night
7) More relaxed mood
8) Reduction of A1C from pre-diabetes of 6.1 to a normal 5.1 while following the same diet
9) Lost more than 50 Lbs. of fat
10) Haven't noticed anything negative yet

On my first months I used to get moody specifically a few days before my shot. It felt like PMS. Probably because my body was adjusting to a new cycle.
I think you forgot to mention that we stop getting periods. Also, blood pressure might increase. Oh, and this happened to me, but I don't know if it's so common: my body fat not only changed places, but it also almost disappeared (dropped from 18% of my weight to 5% without any exercise)

For trans boys (and non binary peeps that want to be more masculine) in the USA! Planned parenthood does T! It might take a bit to get the appointment, (mine is in January) but it makes the whole process super easy! If you get GoodRX, a vial of T (should last about a month) is LESS THAN 10 DOLLARS! I've been waiting two months for my appominet to start "T" and to think of it back then it took forever and i just wanted it to go by fast but now to think of it i get my first "T" shot tomrrw and let me tell you I'm excited and scared. I made it this far and it's unviable
Edit; i had to wait until november 21, 2019 to get my "T" shot but as of today I'm officially 1week and 2days on "t"

I was born a biological male in 1972. Body odor, urine odor, and acne was not noticeble to me until about age 15. I can never remeber a time when I was tired of eating until about age 15. Up until this time, i Can never remember a time when I could not eat 2-3 more burgers. This was the time in my life when I was never really sore, I was never too full to eat a little more, and I could not remember a night when I had problems going to sleep. I am now 47 years old, and up until my mid 30's, I could not feel any changes, but once my T levels hit a certain point, I was more tentative, my appetite was not once what it ounce was, and my libido was clearly different. Buy I did not realize this until my 40's. Once my levels had been down for 5+ years, I could identify the problem, it was low T.
So...I'm 2 weeks on T since last thursday. I've tried to not be hyper aware of myself so the changes don't seem to take super long, but I'm getting REALLY lucky with my voice. Not even a week before my first full week on T, my voice has already dropped a bunch. Woo!
So glad you talk about this! I have a friend and he's transitioning and had no idea increased testosterone could cause acne and he started breaking out and I (a cis person) had to explain that increased T can cause acne. This is super helpful and I think I'll send this to him!

I remember when I was 8, I started taking testosterone pills (I was really stupid). Then when I was 9, I noticed that I was growing more and more hair on my legs, arms, butt, pubic area, torso, and armpits. Then by 5th grade, I noticed voice change (it was getting a little deeper). Then around 6 the grade, I sounded like an adult and I am not bulshiting. Seriously, on the first day of 6th grade, when I was entering class, the teacher mistakened me as a supervisor for the school and my peers were staring at me.
