Settle down with a coffee and watch as my good friend (and up and coming designer) Adeline Letourneur of Ma Reine in France and I take you on a thorough investigation of styling a simple pair of navy trousers. Lovely video Marie-Anne, beautiful clothes all of them, I love navy and white, BUT that pink blazer is fabulous, the young lady presented them all so well, I didn’t manage to get the English subtitles on but still enjoyed it, the French language is so nice and calming to listen to. Navy blue classic trousers with striped top. So Chanel, timeless, chic and classy. Even better are Marlene trousers with stripped top. Weather combined white black or dark navy white. With pearl earrings of course.

I am thanking my college French professor who took me through 5 years of learning your language. I was able to read the subtitles though, as usual, the fast pace of the speaking is difficult to keep up with! The rose color jacket with the frilly blouse and the trousers are beautiful! The subtitles flew by but it's easy enough to pause the video. Some of the translations were quite funny. CZcams needs to upgrade. However, just watching is good enough to appreciate the femininity, craftsmanship and creativity of these clothes. Adeline needs wider exposure to the fashionistas on youtube. These tops are perfect for older women who want to hide their necks, upper arms and hands (partially hidden by cuffs) yet still be feminine, not frumpy. The quality of fabric and workmanship are excellent so worth the price.

The most beautiful selection of clothing in one shop and such expertise, I wish there was a shop like that near me I'd save up to invest and treat myself 3 maybe 4 times a year to special pieces that would last many years. I love the femininity of the colours and styles. Navy blue is the colour I wear most often so this was especially useful. Listening to the clearly spoken commentary at a speed I would have a chance to understand if I had tried harder to learn French. Your videos are a real incentive to learn more French.

My 2 favorites were the sleeveless ruffle blouse and the long sleeve ruffle blouse. I didn't use the English subtitles as I wanted to see how much I could remember from studying French in school. I understood words and phrases more than sentences but I got the gist :) What a lovely shop!

As a woman who sews much of her own wardrobe, I enjoyed the little details of how she sews on the buttons and the fabric choices and the fit she is aiming for. The last blouse is just beautiful. I have to be careful with ruffles because of a large bust, but they are so feminine. The ruffle around the neck of the striped t-shirt is a lovely and unique detail. You can wear the white eyelet top and the striped St James top with shorts or jeans as they are more casual.
I love all of the outfits. My favourite ones are the tops with the shorter sleeves yet not to short as I do not like to show of my entire arm anymore. The ruffled neck line is a nice touch of femininity. Mixing the pale pink is also a nice touch to the navy trousers.

Oh my! what beautiful blouses Marie-Anne. Adeline has such a wonderful design eye. Those stand up collars with their soft pleats and the frilled blouses in gorgeous materials - and Oh - the wonderful puff sleeves gathered in just above the elbow. And everything so exquisitely finished. What a perfect example of the difference between what is on offer in the UK and what is on offer in France.
