Kurasks are THE BEST (Non-Slayer) Ironman Melee Training Method in OSRS

After spending hours analyzing drop tables, planning account growth, and killing over 10,000 Kurasks, I'm here to tell you why I think they are one of, if not THE BEST (Non-Slayer) Ironman melee training options in OSRS. This video also offers several tips for Ironman training in general.

What do you mean by non slayer? I thought these were locked behind a slayer lv requirement

By non-slayer, I mean that you aren’t actively training slayer when killing these. You don’t have to be on-task. This was disclosed in the intro. Sorry for any confusion!
