WHY don't any reviewers ever comment on the reliability and connectivity of the bluetooth - which is the number one reason people use the Surfans F20 HiFi MP3 Player with Bluetooth????? Does it connect easily? Does it have decent range??? Will it pair with most all bluetooth headphones????? "Cmon guys! Cure this review deficiency and SAY SOMETHING - ANYTHING - useful so people know whether to buy this device or NOT. Sheesh. The lack of guidance on that critical feature (bluetooth) is astounding!!
I bought one, but haven't really used the Bluetooth functionality. My understanding is that it's functional but not optimal. Clearly not a priority when designing it. Since it's a hi def player, they focused on direct connections. It's probably the wrong device for you if you want extensive Bluetooth use, if that is helpful.

Why don't any videos on this deice show us how to install the music on here. The manual you have to download doesn't help, and my computer does nto recognize the D: device. When I try to install the setup, it always fails and says try again.
Am looking into purchasing the Surfans F20 so I wanted to watch some reviews but I got too distracted by your voice. It's so deep and soothing and I realized I wasn't paying attention to what you were saying. 😅 After watching the video again, this time actually paying attention, thank you for your review! I think this is the right player for me.

Since Apple is no longer supporting my Classic Ipod (I'm unable to connect to a Windows 10 Computer) I'm shopping for a new MP3 Player which will hopefully be Windows compatible with many future OS's. My question though is this, can I very easily transfer my entire Itunes Library over to this MP3 Player? A second question is, can I easily transfer Audio Books over? Many thanks, Michael

I have the classic ipod and it does connect share via itunes...the only thing you need to do is to manually download the device driver over the web and it works.i have the nano,nano touch

I got some music on it, but good grief, it 's so difficult to get it done! - No joke, there's 13 steps involved to getting music downloaded on this thing. - I think if I had it to do over again, I'd choose something different. This is too much work lol....And another thing, can you create more than one favorites list? I have no idea!

Ironically I have zero interest in Bluetooth (and wifi) because I'm aware of the EMF issues that most people are either ignorant about or simply don't care, but I'm disapointed the headphone socket isn't on the top (which is why I didn't buy one!). Imagine a cassette walkman with the headphone socket on the bottom - never happened.
I have loaded my WMA files to this player and only a few will play. Some that do play, play good whereas some that only partial play (stop & start). What am I doing wrong?
Using Windows Media Audio format for a start. It's never been well supported on media players beyond SanDisk's, because they pay Microsoft for the expensive official license and reference materials.
If they were going for an ipod feel, then they dropped the ball. The buttons on this are really not placed well. They are all over the device which makes it hard to use.
Fiio is my preferred brand it has bluetooth and flac i have two of the players one that was £35 and the other £80. Fiio has a large online community , Can this player do FLAC? Fiios premium players can and bluetooth and micro sd and cover art and libary scanning or directory browsing.

EXACTLY!!!! I’ve watched like 5 Reviews and NOT ONE has reviewed the Bluetooth Capabilities or have even played a Song via Bluetooth.

Bluetooth is useless for lossless audio response, it’s always should be wired.
