- We took this the day after we first met Oliver. He was about ten weeks old in this video; he is almost four months old now. He makes a really cute squeaking noise about forty second into the video. We didn't know that we were supposed to have cotton balls to put into his ears; we tried using Kleenex but it kept falling out.

Ohh my gosh I miss my beagle so much. he lived from 2001-2013. He was like a baby brother to me since I got him when I was 13. He lived to see me get my first apartment.

Rip i know how you feel because I had a neighbor that took care of me when I was younger and she had a beagle I’ve know the beagle for the longest time and I hadn’t seen him for a while and I found out he had gotten ran over
mine was poisoned and she had a seizure..she died at the age of 9

I love how the owner is so gentle with him. Beagles are notorious for hating water and this could have been a traumatic experience but the owner makes it soothing.

You might want to pick up one of those detachable hand held shower heads/hoses it is easier on your back and provides fresh water for a final rinse. Ollie was a trooper. Cuteness overload.
Not only does he need a spray hose attachment to the shower but he could've also put the puppy in a kitchen sink or utility sink that would've been better and not use soapy water to rinse him off
As I was a single child, my beagle was like a brother for me. He lived from 1995 to 2008, died on the last week I of a 3 month exchange program I was doing abroad and mom didn't tell me 'till I got home. I'm 32 now and thinking of it still makes me cry... Miss you, Nooppy!

I had a beagle and he responded better to baths with the water not running and the bath already made (like this puppy owner in the video). He also used to put his paws up on the bathtub like your puppy is doing. Ugh miss my Cooper everyday. Cherish this adorable pup.

I just gave my puppy his first bath (at least the first one since I adopted him anyway) and he had the same reaction. He didn't bark or whine really but had his front paws on the edge of the tub the whole time.
