🏕️ Cute beagle goes camping in a rooftop tent (2024 edition)
Oliver loves camping, especially if it involves hamburgers! On this amazing trip through the U.S. southwest, we visited the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley, and we tried out our new rooftop tent! Watch and see how Oliver reacts to the tent and what he likes and doesn't like about it.
As mentioned in the video, we camped in the Valley of the Gods in Utah. If you want to find the campsite where we spent the night, you can input these GPS coordinates into Google Maps: 37.2943601, -109.8261052. Our campsite was to the east of Battleship Rock, just south of Valley of the Gods Road. It's a great spot with incredible views!

Oliver got his stitched removed by the vet today, and we couldn't be happier! In just three days, he gets to stop wearing the cone of shame. He has been so incredibly patient over the past three weeks since he had surgery to remove two noncancerous cysts, and we took him to In-N-Out Burger for a little reward.

We were at the vet again today for a follow-up appointment after Oliver's surgery two weeks ago to remove two noncancerous cysts. The vet decided that it was time to remove his tail bandage, so we got to see what his tail looks like now. It's definitely a big change! Fortunately, the fur eventually will grow back...

It's been a tough couple of weeks for Oliver, what with his operation and having to wear his cone of shame. But there's one thing that always makes the day go a bit better: a slice of toast!

Oliver had his one-week checkup today after his surgery last Friday to remove two noncancerous cysts. He's doing really well, but he still has some healing to do, so he needs to wear the cone of shame for another couple of weeks. Fortunately, he gets to take it off at lunch!

Oliver is doing really well after his surgery last week to remove two noncancerous cysts. He has even learned how to eat and drink while wearing the "cone of shame"! Thanks again for all of your messages of support. We'll post another update on Friday after his next vet appointment.

Oliver had surgery last week to remove two noncancerous cysts, one from his right front leg and the other from his tail. Today we went back to the vet and he had the bandage removed from his leg, so we got to see how the wound is healing. There's a scar there, but his fur will eventually grow over it. He has some stitches, and it will be a couple of weeks before they will be removed. All in all...
Oliver's unexpected tail surgery

Oliver had surgery to remove a noncancerous keratin cyst from his tail and the noncancerous infarct cyst from his right front leg. He is doing great, and we want to thank our wonderful vet for the amazing job she did in handling the surgery. Cute as ever
I’ve lived this having my first beagle for 15 years. They are the funniest most sarcastic creatures. He died a few years ago so I adopted another beagle and she is a sweetheart. Oliver does bring back great memories of my “Shady”. I miss that dog but my “ Daisy” makes it easier.
