I have been watching your detailing videos for close to a year, finally decided I was ready to try a paint correction with Can Coat application... I followed all of your steps... the results are amazing, thanks Pan!
Awesome!! 👍🏻😁
I love these type of 3 part videos! I am a weekend warrior so I need this type of videos to learn to do my own detailing! Keep them up! You do the best video on CZcams!
Awesome! Thanks Bruce. It means a lot to me to get positive feedback from my viewers. 🙌🏻👍🏻
Been waiting for this...thanks Pan...now I have to save these for tonight so I can relax and learn.
That’s a great plan! I hope you enjoy the trilogy. Let me know. 😉
Great idea Pan! This takes the confusion out detailing start to finish.
👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you, Pan! Your vid is not only informative, it also calms me after a long day at work.
You are so welcome! Thanks for the kind words. How did you discover my channel Gean?
You are the home of the best practice! Great video with plenty of information for immediate use.
Thanks Matthew!
It took only 50-60 hours to polish my 2004 black Opel Astra G Bertone convertible and put ceramic coating. Whole job took a lot of energy from me, but result is stunning. I am very satisfied! Especially when I did whole job by myself.
I've been waiting for this!
Awesome!
(In portuguese)
Waston Ribeiro from Brazil.
Great idea to do a mini series, also I like that you picked one brand and stayed within the line, for any beginner or DYIer it takes all the guess work out, and potentially avoids problems. Well I just made some popcorn and have and ice cold Pepsi, to enjoy while watching the rest of your series.
Thanks for the positive feedback!
I just love how passionate pan is about his craft great stuff as always man loves the contents love your Chanel you got a sub for as long as this Chanel will be around sir
Thanks for your support!
Pan the knowledizer thank you for all of your info and instructions! Every tip I use and advice from you works perfect everytime! Started my detailing job recently motivated by you so, one big thank you and big support from Croatia 😊💪🏼
Thanks Jamo! Best of luck with your job. And I travelled to Croatia! One of my favourite countries. I even did a travel vlog here: czcams.com/video/yFehCsr5TyA/video.html

I love ceramic coating vehicles, such a satisfying process
I agree!
You are a great human!! thanks! love this!!
Make sure you watch all three episodes! 😉
Will there be this type of video but for the interior? Awesome to see Gyeon as I was thinking of Gyeon as my first diy daily drive car detailing. I am in my research phase and your channel helps a lot!
love it full of great advice as always
Thanks Daniel!
paint correcting my car for the first time and I plan to coat it afterwards, thanks for this mini series!
👍🏻. Did you watch my beginners guide to paint correction? Here: czcams.com/video/X2qjO5xZZ2E/video.html
Great video as always
Thanks Darren!
Thanks Pan. I have learned a lot from all of your videos and am inspired by your commitment to detailing. Can you do a video on how to do a paint touch up for stone chips, and paint correction after the touch up is done. Is paint correction required to blend in the touch up paint with the rest of the corrected paint? Thanks in advance.
I love the gloss in this products ! Tnx for share!
Thanks for watching Pablo! How did you discover my channel?

After you showing how good the turtle wax stuff is now, I don't see myself using anything else for awhile since nothing beats it for 3x the price. I've been amazed how good S&S is, did not think it be half as good as it is and now I went ahead and ordered their ceramic spray.
Thanks for the practical knowledge 👍👍
Thanks for the positive feedback!

Hey Pan!
I’d love to see a video similar to this, but for the process of polishing and ceramic coating factory wheels.. keep up the good work 👍
Thanks Steven!
Awesome video! one thing I would love to see is a step by step process and in depth tutorial of assessing paint defects and correcting the paint
Thanks Royce!
How the apply the ceramic coating and cover the small scratches at the same time with factory paint pen. Love the videos. I live in Florida and like to keep my black Honda Accord looking awesome. Thanks to you my friend.
Nice video Pan!
Thanks Jahdel!
Thanks for your commitment Pan!
Thanks Mário!

You could tell if its a good one or not.
What about you showing us all this process with the 3 or more separate videos but this time not with a single brand, but instead with your top detailing products that you ellected for 2020?
I don't know if i'm a bit off with the practicality around it but yeah, that's my two cents on something you could think about for the channel ;)
Keep it up tight and clean! 😎
It would be awesome to see you do an interior step by step guide like this for the interior and engine using Gyeon products. Thanks for all you do
👍🏻
Great video

Pan TheOrganizer I started watching the AMMO guy for tips on how to polish my car and one of your videos popped up a year or more ago. I subscribed and have been following your videos since. I enjoy your step by step guides and product comparisons/recommendations that are intended for the average guy not the pros. Also, I like the links on where to get the products in your videos. I didn’t even know about your background until a video you posted with some more personal history and origins. You must have owned the cleanest, shiniest Sentra in the world lol.

Love the videos, would like to see I know this one was sponsored, but perhaps taking a couple of other brands and doing the same thing, like maybe the Adams line or the Turtle Wax Ice line and do those as well.
Good idea! I’m sure many other brands will see this successful series.
Hi Pan, a video that would be great is just focusing on one part of a vehicle that is very dirty and purely concentrating (without speeding up) the very best practices on safe cleaning. I live in a rural area so the weekly clean always seems to be a challenge. I'm about to get a new car so safe cleaning is the most important stage for me. Very best wishes from the UK.
Good idea!
Pan now you can do a full brand comparison, like next you can do car pro ot turtle wax, that would be awesome
Would love to know the SPECIFIC bucket setup you have. I have 2 chemical guys buckets, but that little setup you have with the two buckets on a dolly and the little side holders? Really nice!
Thanks John! Those side contraptions are called Buckanizers (bucket organizers). I reviewed them here: czcams.com/video/y2_zTfHVSHo/video.html
Pan, love you doing detailing series, you have to do more, the only tweak I recommend is probably the majority of people dont just stick to 1 brand (nothing wrong with that) so it would be nice to see a detailing series with mixed brand products.
another good one would be do a full detail series with products from the auto parts store.
Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I just want to specify for this series, as I said in the video, it's in response to my viewers who were asking me if it was possible to ceramic coat a vehicle using just one brand from A to Z, and since the answer is yes, I decided to do this series.

Hi Pan. Could you do an update on this process now that Gyeon EVO is out and looks to be an OUSTANDING improvement to an already great product? Thanks as always. I just bought the Gyeon EVO Syncro and look forward to warmer weather so I can see how it performs and feels compared to their prior products. FYI..I currently have the Gyeon Can Coat Q2 applied to my vehicle now and so far it has held up to the winter weather we have had in PA.
The exact same methods apply to Gyeon CanCoat EVO. Nothing changes. For Syncro, you apply like a normal coating, just follow the directions in the booklet that comes in the box. Super simple.
Syncro EVO should last up to four times as long as CanCoat EVO according to Gyeon.
Do this with Adam's Polishes & CarPro too!
Very helpful video and well presented.

@@PanTheOrganizer Originally discovered your channel just searching CZcams. Just bought a new vehicle and want to start off right doing the cleaning and coating. Your videos have been very helpful.
Congrats on your new vehicle! What did you buy?
A new car is never new until it's properly detailed.
- at the factory, the paint defects are often corrected quickly by rotary polishing which can leave marks and holograms, so polishing corrects those, before you lock that in long term with a ceramic coating for example.
- vehicles are then transported by truck, train and boat so they are exposed to the elements, industrial fallout, brake dust, rail dust, etc
- vehicles are often left at boat docks (when transported by boat) or in exterior parking lots for weeks or months, again being exposed to the elements
- at the dealership, the vehicles are almost always poorly prepped using the same dirty water that was used for all the cars on a given day, and poor washing and drying methods leading to swirls and scratches
- at the dealership, a layer of cheap wax or paint sealant is usually applied to attempt to make the paint glossy prior to delivery. It's crucial to remove any previous protection before you apply a ceramic coating, as coatings need to bond directly to a virgin clear coat.
If you only plan on applying a regular carnauba wax or paint sealant though, you could decide to skip machine polishing, as those protectants can be applied over existing protection and it's not as crucial to prep the paint as well.
I explain all of this in this popular video: czcams.com/video/QgoyrC-5CMc/video.html
So you can better visualize the new car prep process, here are the steps I perform on a brand new car from two of my customers:

Hi Pan! Looking forward to the next videos. I have a question, do you have any videos about repairing light-somewhat noticeable scratches on a car that has a ceramic coating? I’ve been told by more experienced than myself that the scratches can be buffed/polished off, but that I’d need to reapply the ceramic coating. What do you suggest? Thanks for the great content!
There is only one polish that I know of that can correct minor swirls and scratches on a ceramic coated car and it’s CarPro Essence+ (not the regular Essence). Brian from Apex did a video here: czcams.com/video/43ARKGG1TvU/video.html

Any chance you can do a video on which products are the best to use for all stages. Not all companies have a-z products for best use. Others will perform better than certain complains even if they are well known brand.
I did that many times already. Are you new to my channel? Here is a complete detailing video: czcams.com/video/jr19g4PWJsk/video.html
Thanks for these series and I just came across the channel - a recommendation on a Facebook forum for my vehicle. Just a question - would you apply this ceramic coating while there are light scratches around the vehicle, or should another process (eg. cut and polish) be used first?
Hi Michael. As you will see in part 2, it's always best to make sure your paint is as perfect as it can be before applying ceramic coatings or spray coatings as it makes sense to have the vehicle looking its best before locking that finish in for many many months.
So my first attempt at this, testing on someone else's car lol., and realized there is more skill in pressure washing and foaming than Pan makes it look like :) Need to develop some technique there I guess.
Curious how to you clean that wheel brush? I don't think I can just throw it in the wash along with my towels?
I just use the pressure washer to thoroughly rinse the wheel cleaning brushes after use and let them dry.
Please do a CarPro version of this. Thanks! 💯

You should do a vid on how to treat your car after a wildfire. Like few days of prolonged exposure to smoke, ash and whatever toxins your vehicle could be exposed to during the apocalypse.
Question did you have the drains added to your garage or was your garage built with the drains in them and how do you deal with the over abundance of moisture from washing cars in the garage with the door shut also concerning the drains is there some kind of pump or is it gravity drained
As we custom built our new home, I was able to get my contractor to install two drains (gravity draining) instead of just one (build code where I live states a drain is mandatory in garages). Also, I have a heat pump in the garage (for heating/cooling) plus a powerful dehumidifier so I have perfect temperature and humidity control at all times.

Hi Pan. I am about to put on a graphene coat - ethos matrix v2.0. . Right now the car just had bead maker on it. Do I need to wash with anything special to remove the beadmaker before I start? I have iron remover and ethos detox. I was thinking that would do the trick. The car is currently spotless. Not sure I even need to wash it for step one.
You would have to do way more than just wash it. Coatings in glass bottles need to be applied on paint that is 100% free of any previous protection, and free of contamination.
You would have to follow the steps in my coating application tutorial here: czcams.com/video/sqQYVjxFqK0/video.html
The way to know if you removed all the previous protection is to look for water beading. If you wash your car and still see water beading, that means there is still protection on the surface. The only way to ensure 100% removal of that is by machine polishing. A light polish is enough, but mechanical abrasion is necessary.
If you rinse your car and the water is flat and slow to sheet off, and there are no water beads, then you know there's no protection left.
So it has nothing to do with the car being spotless or not. It has to do with the paint needing to be virgin with NO protection.
Pan , do i have to decon a new car that is coming from Germany(BMW) also, do you have a how to clean a new car?
Absolutely! Watch all the steps I performed on my own brand new BMW when I took delivery from the dealership here: czcams.com/video/dsCmJJDP3xo/video.html
Hey Pan! Have you tried the C6 Hydro ceramic coating? It's supposed to be a permanent coating. Not available for consumers yet, but it looks fantastic.

@@PanTheOrganizer Cool! Will be looking forward to your video on it!
The Gyeon foam or CarPro lift, can we use it in a bucket? I don't have a pressure washer nor a foam gun.
They are meant for use in a foam cannon really. Get CarPro Reset or Gyeon Bathe for use in a bucket.
Hey Pan love the videos! Also I would like to see you clean a truck like a F-150 or something of that size. Thanks!
Thanks! Did you see my Chevy Silverado Z71 detail video? Here: czcams.com/video/g2FPiPkG4MI/video.html
Hi Pan, between Griot's and Rupes which brand do you prefer? Thanks
For polishers? Rupes.
Hi Pan. Can you make a video for polishing a car by hand? Best product for hand polishing?
I'm interested too!
Good idea. Just keep in mind it’s almost impossible to achieve the same results as with a polisher.
@@PanTheOrganizer I agree, but I'm too scared to use a polisher. With my luck, I will damage the paint 🤣
In the video you mention the car has no protection left so you just washed then started the decon. If the car still had a good coat of wax left, what would you have done differently before the iron remover?
If a car has a layer of protection on it (wax, sealant), I would:
1) Use a stripping shampoo for the wash
2) Iron remover
3) Clay bar
4) Machine polishing steps (most important to ensure 100% removal of any previous protection before applying any ceramic coating)
5) IPA wipe
6) Then you apply the coating.
Well, I'm a big fan. I'm gathering my self to apply the Crystal Syrum Light in about a week or so... I see that you are using Gyeon Tire Cleaner. But,what is the product that you arte using to clean the rims? Not sure which...
Thanks...
The wheels weren't that dirty so I just used regular car shampoo to clean them.
But my standard wheel cleaning method is in this popular tutorial: czcams.com/video/Ty4ZTq7A7rc/video.html
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you so much for your response and all the time that you are on these great tutorial videos. I guess, after the Iron method, I can do the Clay Bar... Encore une fois, merci!!!
Hey Pan, My car has swirls and minor scratches, it’s a 94 trans am in great condition for its age. Question is, should I take it to get polished now or should I wait until spring since winter is coming? The car is stored in my garage for winter. Idk if it matters or not when to get the car polished. What about an all year car? Polished winter or spring or does it even matter ?
It doesn't matter at all when you get it polished.
Hey Pan, what's the best way to renew my ceramic coating? My daily driver truck was coated about 6 months ago and wanting to bring it back to it's original properties.
What coating was applied? Ideally you want to wash, then use an iron remover, and then apply a silica spray sealant as a topper to refresh the coating. I have a tutorial on a proper maintenance wash for ceramic coated cars here: czcams.com/video/yLiePQRMFc8/video.html
@@PanTheOrganizer it was autotriz... got it done at a detailing place. Didn't know I was gonna develop OCD and start getting big into detailing 😂
Hi. I have a garage but don’t have a power washer because the garage don’t have a water source. I use the No Rinse Method with Optimum No Rinse. It’s ok to use this method on a ceramic coat application?
Yes
Hey pan can you please review ethos car care products?
It seems more and more viewers would like me to review their lineup!
@@PanTheOrganizer yea pan alot of the detailers on youtube are saying the ethos products are great nd i need someone lik who pan to review nd give ur honest opinion to believe it
Why some detailers claim layers of ceramic wont stick to each other, and all your doing is wasting product!?
Whats a reload/recharge for ceramic coatings? Is it an exfoliation/polish process, or is a thin extra layer you add? Ive been told its a buff you do to the ceramic coating to re-activate the hydrophobic qualities.
I don't know which detailers you are talking about, or where exactly you go that information, so it's hard to answer that question, because it is product specific. Some coatings are meant to be layered, others recommend 2 layers, and some only need one layer. So you need to follow the instructions of the coating you are looking into applying, and/or do your research prior to buying.
All ceramic coatings, once applied, need some form of maintenance every 2 or 3 months. Coatings, like any paint protection, see their properties diminished over time, and need to have those properties boosted and replenished on a regular basis. For that purpose, each brand has their silica spray sealants.
For example, if you applied CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0 ceramic coating, you can use the CarPro Reload for the maintenance every 2 or 3 months. For Gyeon coatings, they have Gyeon Cure spray. And so on.
I highly recommend that you watch two videos that I made that explain everything you need to know about ceramic coatings.

Bonjour j’aimerais savoir pour nettoyer ta voiture tu utilises de l’eau froide enfin tempérer ou de l’eau chaude ?
Eau froide
What would be best to use if the car has had protection put on it already ?
Machine polishing is really what ensures 100% removal of previous protection.
Bro I want to know which protection coating good for new car...Love From India...
This is a very good option. Or watch a video where I detailed my own brand new BMW: czcams.com/video/dsCmJJDP3xo/video.html
Hey Pan, thanks for your educative videos. I bought Adams advanced ceramic coating and a soft medium clay and lub from chemical guys. How should I approach the process? I have Adams car shampoo and want to go wash the car at the cash wash (hand wash it after power washing all the crap), dry it then drive home, clean it again with a microfiber cloth, then clay bar, then use the Adams surface prep that came with my kit, then start doing small portions of ceramic coating at a time. I’m by my self so I might not be able to finish the entire vehicle by my self and will continue the next day. Does this sound good, please advise. Thank you in advance. I haven’t done this before, it’s a two tone Range Rover… metallic silver and black top. Thank you!
Hi Mikaeli.
1) You should wash the car with a shampoo to strip any previous old waxes. Like Adam's Strip Wash or Chemical Guys Clean Slate.
2) Then use an iron remover to remove brake dust contamination.
3) Then do the clay bar.
4) Then machine polish if needed (if you see swirls and scratches).
5) Then use a paint prep spray to remove polishing oils and old wax residue.
6) Now you are ready to apply the coating. Watch how I applied the Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating in this video: czcams.com/video/idU5XsHTj7Y/video.html

@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks so much for even taking the time to just respond. I appreciate it, a lot.
This is what I am working with and so far this is what I ordered.
Ordered:
1. Adams Advanced Ceramic Coating Kit with the UV light
2. Adam's 9mm Dual Action Car Polisher (Polishing Kit) - Buffer Car Scratch Remover For Car Detailing | Includes Polish, Compound & Pads
3. Chemical Guys Soft/ Medium Clay Bar and Lub.
This was my game plan.
1. I wash the car with Adams Car Shampoo
2. Use the Clay Bar and Lub
3. Use Adams Surface Prep that came in Kit
4. Use Adams Compound and Polish where scratches were noticeable
5. Wipe down the car with microfiber cloth
6. Start ceramic coating using Adams Advanced Ceramic Coating that came in the Kit, I will apply a good amount, let it seat for about 2 minutes or when I see the rainbow colors forming then gently wipe side to side with the microfiber cloth that came in the Kit.
7. Let cure for 24 hours before exposing to the elements.
The paint is mostly in very good glossy condition but I have areas with scratches that I want to try addressing. Also, I don’t think that I can do the SUV in one day so I will be continuing the following day… like work on it on Saturday and Sunday.
With this said, what do you recommend. I can return what’s not required and order new things if you think it would be the best direction to go.
Please advise. The way you described the steps was very helpful and clear. Thank you for doing that.
Regards
