Via ferrata of increased difficulty Tegelberg. Bavarian Alps, Germany

Mount Tegelberg is located in Bavaria, in the town of Schwangau, near Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a via ferrata of increased difficulty here.
On our third day in the Bavarian Alps, we decided to try something more extreme than just mountain hiking. After a relatively easy level A/B via ferrata on the Zugspitze, we wanted to test our strength on a level C via ferrata.
Mount Tegelberg itself is considered low for this region, only 1881 m. But technically it is a more difficult mountain to climb. There are many steep sections where you need to climb, clinging to ledges.
Moderate difficulty route - Tegelbergsteig or red trail. There are sections of levels A-B-C. This via ferrata is suitable for those who already have climbing experience with at least level A/B equipment.
Although we were tired after the climb, our adventures were not over yet.
Near the Tegelberg ski lift station, literally 1 km away, there is one interesting building that I wanted to see. This is the Catholic Church of St. Coloman, which stands right in the middle of the field. There is a small free parking area, benches and a drinking fountain.
